The money piece is nice but not worth the money it’s hollow plastic also the sword is made from very flimsy plastic when it should have been something special for a collection piece, but the leather bound artwork is nice but needed to be covered in protective plastic! The steal talking case with the soundtrack is nice but needs someway to change the battery! Then the game itself is a standard addition not a collector’s edition! The outside box is nice and has a place to store everything nicely! All and all not bad but not worth the money! A collection of this magnitude should show it and doesn’t! Falls flat in a lot of areas and unfortunately more and more collection editions are doing this putting less and less into it and charging big bucks! I got this because of the clearance sale knocking almost $75 off or else I would never gotten it!! And as a collector I probably won’t be alive to see if it ever increases in price! I would only recommend this if you are a fan and a collector!

I was so hyped when this was even a rumor. Once shown and tested over the yr until release just helped build the hype. While the game is almost top notch gotta say I was very disappointed that this CE didn't include the Season Pass. Statue is cool, Steel case with sound is nice and the art book is great. They later added some 3.5" figure. Game wise it's a 4 star. Story, character creation and online are all good and keeps the game fun to play. It's just a shame ho much gets left off games these days for dlc.

Bought it for the awesome collectible statue. Soul Calibur is a great fighting game and this was a perfect Birthday present for myself.

The game is the best Soul Calibur since two. The collector’s edition is the perfect item for any Soul Calibur series fan. The statue is beautiful, the art book is amazing, Soundtrack, steelbook that talks, come on. Only negative is Bandai Namco could’ve been a little less cheap and included the Season Pass, but I have like 50 games to play so this one will have to wait for awhile, so I’ll buy the season pass later when it is more worth it.

So what’s in the box? There is a physical copy of the game, a metal case that plays 4 soundbites with a soundtrack in it, an art book and of course the Sophitia figurine. Note, the season pass which gets you the additional characters is not included in the US Collector’s Edition. I’ll go into each a little more and try to break down the cost. This set costs $149.99

Lots of content, single player and multiplayer, the character creation is deep, and the mechanics are as good as they've ever been. The Sophitia statue that comes with the Collectors Edition is very high quality. The steelbook looks great and plays audio clips from the game. The downside of that is that instead of it playing audio upon opening the case, there is a button on the front cover that plays whenever it's pressed, making it difficult to put on a shelf. The CE also does not come with the season pass which would have made this edition a better value. That is probably my biggest issue with the CE.

The collectors edition is pretty simple. Has a statue, steelbook, and art book. I have never cared for these art books that are sometimes included. I prefer statues and lithographs or anything used for decorating. The statue looks great and fits perfectly among my other statues. The game is pretty good. I just wished they had a larger group of characters to chose from. Very good item and price.

Only reason I got it was for the amazing statue. Other cool stuff in the collectors edition, but the main downside is the lack of season pass. Get it if you want the statue, or better off buying the base game on sale.

SC6 still remains a fun, technical fighter, even with a few hiccups like the day 1 DLC controversy. The new Reversal Edge mechanic spices fights up with cinematic, rock-paper-scissors-like clashes, and the Create A Soul mode is fun, with plenty of options to customize your own fighter. Single player is okay, with RPG-like mechanics, but is definitely not the most interesting mode as most of the story is told through illustrated storyboards and mediocre voice acting. The Collector's edition came with a pretty sweet looking Sophitia statue and a talking Steelbook case (press a button on it for a few voice lines from the Narrator), but the CE does NOT come with the Season Pass, which is frankly infuriating. But if the physical goodies entice you, it's still a pretty good purchase. Just be sure to clear some shelf space for that figure.

The set is excellent and worth it for the amazing Sophitia statue and the unique talking steel book case.

Soul Caliber is fun, and with the single player game mode, it’s not as repetitive as I thought it would be. The game is a bit hard to pick-up, even after understanding basic concepts. I ended up looking up guides online to help me learn how to play not even decently. The in game tutorials go over mechanics, but not gameplay concepts.

The statue included with this set is truly high quality, not an afterthought like some out there. The steel book is well made and unique for offering the little sound bites at the press of a button. The art book is fantastic and expansive. This set is worth the money for those who love the series and enjoy extra collectibles.

If you’re a collector, then this edition is probably for you. It has a 12 inch state, a hardcover manual and art book, and it also comes with a steel book that says many of the opening themes in the game, But if you’re more interested in content for the game, a different edition might be worth looking into. Also! Mine was shipped with a huge sticker on it from the manufacturer. I exchanged it in the store and had to make sure they didn’t give me a best box from the back, :(

So everybody knows that Soulcalibur went a little off the rails arguably starting from Soulcal IV. Soulcalibur VI is a great return to form whilst adding in new interesting mechanics. The guest characters are perfect (2B from Nier: Automata just announced) You won't be disappointed!

Bought this edition of the game to get that beautiful Sophitia statue. But the game is also great! A true far blast from the past dood that was Soul Calibur V with all the annoying new characters like Sophitia´s children. Love the game but even more the statue!

I've been playing Soul Caliber since it first came out for Sega Dreamcast when i was a kid, and have collected and played each sequel over the years, and they have totally outdone themselves will 6!!!!

This is a very nice set with a steelbook and a very nice figure. The figure has a lot of detail and I like the pose. The case has a sound feature and you also get the game with the regular case.
