Two men from the Geek squad installed my tv and sound bar. They were professional and very tidy. I am more than pleased, it was well worth the money to have the Geek squad install my equipment.

Nice and quick install but just wished that there was no wire visible between the tv and the soundbar. They put a plastic cover though to hide the cables. They even helped me set up my other soundbar in the loft which was not part of their job workorder

They did a great job! They were on time getting there. They measured and hung tv on our wall .

quick, efficient and knowledgeable installer, but with the May 2 price increases, I won't be using them again. They just priced themselves out of my price range.

Brett was great. Respected my home. He throughly explained everything to me from TV settings to the remote and all the bells anf whistles. Highly recommended.

We usually are not ones to complain but we are in shock about our experience. Brett was extremely rude and seemed like he didn’t want to complete the small task of hanging up our mount for our sound bar. He didn’t seem knowledgeable on the task and it took him quite awhile to figure out how to get the screw into a stud. I believe he could use more training. Was hung up crooked. Foam backing is not flush against wall and you can see a chunk of it hanging out when you are sitting down watching tv. Left a huge mess on the ground and we had to repaint around where it was hung up from him dinging his tools on the wall. Extremely unhappy as this is a new construction home and now we have to redo it ourselves to make it straight. We pay for Totaltech because we enjoy the service of someone coming out to do these tasks for us and have never had a problem before but now it’s something we are going to reconsider.

Quick and easy install. Made attaching the JBL 501 sound bar underneath the Sony Bravia XR A90J smart TV look like it came from the factory that way.

The installers of my 65" LG nano cell TV came right on time. The knew what they were doing and finished the job in less than 40 minutes.

Agents did not mount my soundbar and said that they indicated it on the invoice, so I expected a refund. I have called several times to try to rectify this and have not had any success. It’s been a disappointing experience. I have attached a picture of the sound bar.

Did not conceal all of the connections and I have cables hanging below television.

Very professional asked me if each setup in the room was to my satisfaction definitely would return to best-buy again ask for help in the future items.
