The Geek Squad mounted my TV and Sound bar, subwoofer, and rear speakers for my home theater flawlessly. Thanks to Best Buy and the superior customer service from the Geek Squad, I have the best home theater I have ever had in my life.

Love my sound bar, great quality sound. My Mount was setup slightly slanted. Very big on alignment so it’s kinda throwing me off. They didn’t drill the holes evenly. They did a good job with helping hide the wires

The point I’ll emphasize is, if they don’t get it right the first time, they will eventually. The first time they sent a freelance team (not geek squad) the sound bar was loose on the wall and it seemed to vibrate when turned up. The second time, they had the geek squad out and they did an amazing job. Always opt for a geek squad member over the more reliable freelance worker if you can.

The guys were ok. Weren't as professional as I would had liked. They wanted to use my brand new furniture to do their work and were swearing a lot. Charged me 70$ extra for a bracket so just to Install my sound bar it cost like 250 which was about the same or more as it cost to have someone deliver my 85inch TV and mounted it to my wall. They did in the end wind up being ok and spent time going through my sound bar settings and how it linked to my Sonos system in my house. So that was nice. Service wasn't bad but wasn't great either. Took like 2 hours which seems long. At least they didn't damage anything and seemed to do decent work. But the crew that installed my TV was much better.

I had purchased 2 soundbars in the store. The morning (7:25 a.m.) that they were to be installed, CHAZ called. He asked me if I had the wall mounts for the soundbars and the mounts for the 2 TVs that were to be mounted on the way. No, I had not! CHAZ asked if I had any idea of the brand that I wanted. I was unsure and was feeling anxious. CHAZ calmly stated that for me not to worry and that he would help me. He told me that he would have to wait until the store opened up and that he will see what the store had to offer and that he would call me to update me. He called back at 7:58 a.m., told me he found some items that I might be interested in. He found items and emailed me the items with the SKU numbers and pricing. The day that they were to be installed, it was CHAZ! This young man was professional, knowledgeable, and calm. He showed me how to operate the soundbars. BESTBUY, CHAZ IS AN ASSET TO YOUR BUSINESS!

Everything went well! The installers arrived early (which is what we were hoping for) and immediately got to work. They educated us every step of the way. And before they left, they made sure everything was in its place as it was before they arrived. All the while being very professional and respectful.

After installing my sound bar, there a little trouble getting it to sync with my TV. It was frustrating. I'm glad I had two excellent technicians there figure it out.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

OUTSTANDING service!! Professional, knowledgeable and just really nice guys. Explained everything they were doing, gave a tutorial and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. Cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

We had two different techs, one for the TV and the other one for the sound bar. Purchased at different dates. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and quick.

It took a while to get it scheduled due to staff issues, but installation was good. Enjoying the theater room.

The Q990F has amazing sound. Alex did a great job setting up the system and rear speaker stands, give him a pay rase.

Eric Carrillo displayed a masterful skill set properly wiring (including neatly using zip ties), mounting and installing the soundbar and television set on the living room wall of my home. Eric’s expertise was not lost on me.

Professional installers. These guys didn't require much time to install a 65" Sony TV to the wall and add a soundbar. No clean up required. Great experience.
