This was our second year with the program and it left a lot to be desired.

First visit, did not complete job (no supplies) Second visit, did not complete job (no equip) Waiting for return call to schedule third visit. So frustrated. RUN

Dry unprofessional install, I ended up finishing the job myself.

I recently had my home theatre system set up by Andre and Carlos, and I could not be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and top-notch. We were also assisted by Desmond at the “pick up-service” area. Desmond is very professional, knowledgeable, and professional he should be training new employees ! ! What truly stood out was their patience in explaining how everything worked. They took the time to walk me through the features, ensuring I was comfortable with the setup before leaving. The sound quality and picture clarity are phenomenal—I feel like I have a real cinema at home!

Thank goodness for the Geek Quad! I bought a Sony TV, Soundbar, Sub and Speakers. I followed the app instructions and thought I had most it hooked up. But I could not get the subwoofer to connect. In fact I had it replaced thinking it was defective. After much frustration, I caved and called for help. The Geek Squad tech came out, on time. He hooked up the soundbar correctly - I was close but not quite, got the sub and rear speakers connected. He explained everything. Walked me through the proper operation of the system. He showed me several You Tube posts to test the sound. Recommended replacement of an old HDMI cable. Thanks to the Geek Squad I have the system I envisioned and I am incredibly happy! It was worth every penny!!

Part of my install on a 65" TV through Total Tech, or Geek Squad, via Best Buy. This was really the easier part of the TV set up as I export my TV sound through the optic output into a digital audio converter to an RCA input on a graphic equalizer into an analog Harman Kardon AVR345 surround sound receiver. So it was really just plugging in the optical cable to the new TV and setting the TV to the correct sound output setting. The rest was all hooked up from use on the previous TV. No problems or complications, tech got it right the first time he worked with it. If anyone wants to use a graphic EQ on a surround sound receiver, this is the way to do it. Pre-stage the graphic in front of the receiver. Because surround sound receivers do not have pre-ins and pre-outs, you can't interject the graphic EQ through the receiver. Once you do it, the sound is so much better. Recommended if you are going to the effort to export your sound and not use the TV sound.

The soundboard and TV get out of sync occasionally and the TV will shut down and soundboard will not or TV will turn on without sound. I have figured out how to slightly push the power button to bring them back in sync. TV does not always turn on to the station.

Two Geek Squad techs installed and set up everything in 45 minutes! That included training on the Vizio sound bar and selling us a cable that connected the DVD to the TV (which was missing from our move). That is why we keep our Total Tech Support plan. Efficient, courteous, prompt service ALWAYS.

The soundbar I purchased is perfect for my needs. I wanted good quality all around sound without a thumping base and I definitely got what I wanted. The technician installed it with my new TV flawlessly.

Dylan and Zach the installers did an outstanding job. They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and capable. Each answered all my questions at a level I understood and gave me good information about the TV and soundbar. Connections to my existing services went smoothly. Fine tuning of TV picture was done to our satisfaction. I would have them back in our home. They are an asset to Best Buy.

The set up of my Bose Ultra 900 Soundbar was installed ingeniously and very professionally by Steven and Patrick. They came up with a way to install the sound bar with my new television so that it would fit very nicely in the space above my fireplace. I am very grateful to each of them for taking the time to make the best use of the space that they had to work with. I am very impressed with these two employees. Great job guys!!

This is my 3rd Vizio soundbar in 10 years. The original was ok and was still good, but the satellite speakers were not adjustible enough. Upgraded after 7 years and really enjoyed the better sound. The soundbar began turning itself off more and more, so i used my Geek Squad to replace. My model was no longer available so I got a voucher and got this model on sale at a great price. BestBuy delivered and set it up free with my membership. Great soundbar. Great salesman. Great buy. Great service.

LG sound bar was installed at the same time an LG TV was set up. My only issue is that there isn't an owner's manual so that I can figure out how to adjust it. I should have asked for one, but didn't think of it in time. I also can't find one for the TV, so maybe they are still in the boxes that I asked them to take with them? Both installers were great, with installation being quick and efficient for both items. This is my first sound bar, and it is so much better that my last TV.

These folks absolutely know what they're doing. There doesn't seem to be a problem they haven't dealt with before. I know most homes are different but the Greek Squad came in and made short work of seeing setting up my sound bar and it's components but also tuned everything in so it sounded fantastic. I couldn't ask for an easier solution and I highly recommend this.

Our Geek Squad technician called ahead (WE LOVE THIS) and let us know when he would be coming. He arrived on time (WE LOVE THIS) -- what a concept! He quickly dismantled our defective sound bar gear and in no time had the replacement set up. He showed us how to tweak the surround sound settings, and also showed us how our new Samsung 65 inch tv could get OTA channels without an external antenna. VERY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and extremely helpful! Thank you Geek Squad for sending Kenny to our house.

The new TV was delivered and despite being in a pristine box, it was not working. They knew right away that it was obviously something with the TV itself, and they were able to take it back, make all the arrangements to get a new TV and they called me to make a new appointment. And although I was out a TV for two additional days, they came back (one of the same tech guys) with a replacement and installed it quickly and flawlessly and set up everything, inc. my aux devices and my FIOS remote to control it all -- and they gave me a tutorial as how to to operate the smart features of the new Samsung TV. Great guys, really appreciate their work, and so glad I got the install from them as I never would have been able to do it and if it had been with the first TV I would not have known what was wrong and it would have taken so much longer to work out.
