Very pleased with sound bar. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because you can't program it to be controlled through your TV or provider remote. You need 2 remotes.....the Insignia remote for volume and your other remote for channels, guided, etc.

I wanted to try out a soundbar for my TV in our living room and I was very impressed with the sound choices on the Insignia Sound Bar. Now that I know how easy it is to hookup and use I may someday invest in one with the extra bass speaker too. The Theatre sound choice is the one I like the best. You can turn your TV sound down and just use the sound bar.

I wasn't sure about the product before I bought it because there were more sound systems at a more expensive price, but I bought this one, and the sound quality was great. There are three different modes you can click from for a better sound depending on what you're watching so that was a great bonus. It's also really easy to connect straight to the tv.

Very satisfied with this soundbar. Easy to install, great quality, and great sound. Enjoy the different sound options and the fact that my Cable/TV remote can control the soundbar volumn as well. I did purchase the optical cable after using the Aux cable that was included. With the optical cable you are sure to get the best sound out of your soundbar!

Only complaint on the product is it was hard to set up on my lg smart tv. For some reason sound wouldn't go through tv had to connect sound bar straight to cable box. Overall very good sound and great price use it every day and great for sports and movies.

I bought 2 of these one for my mother and one for my mother in law They both have some hearing loss and the speakers in their tv's couldn't handle the level of sound they needed.this sound bar is a good sounding speaker loud enough and no distortion

HAS GOOD VOLUME AND GREAT SOUND QUALITY. EASY TO SET UP.

I picked up this soundbar for a bedroom TV - I think it cost around $45 on sale (I also used some rewards). Easy to wall-mount, simple to wire, this unit provides excellent quality sound for a bedroom. After 1 month the only complaint that I have is that I have another remote on the nightstand which is my issue, not the product's (lol).

The soundbar is, of course, not better than my surround sound system in my living room or anything but it's definitely better than the speakers on my TV. It can get quite loud and still sound clear. That is all that I ask and the price is good.

I was pleasantly surprised with this sound bar. I purchased it just in case my new TV sound was to weak, and the TV sound was pretty good but I choose to keep it. When I plugged it up, wow! Very nice, smooth bass, it's soo thin, no one can even see it behind my tv. My 5 year old loves to blast it when she sings YouTube songs.

I always wait to review a product because I want to see if it's going to spontaneously turn into a lemon. Obviously that hasn't happened as I'm giving this soundbar 5 starts. Purchased on Black Friday, the price was superb and the sound quality matches that opinion as well. Very easy to setup and use and the remote works well.

this review is based on me purchasing this item as an open box. I paid $35 for it and couldn't be more happy. Easy set up, versitile and the blu tooth works great on all devices. I'm using it in a semi-small room for gaming and movies. It does the trick and then some. I got it for very cheap, so that adds to my happiness.

Tuhis sound bar is perfect to pair with a spare room TV. Obviously, it is not ideal for a primary home theater setup but it is better than the TV speakers. The setup is easy and was able to program my Xfintity remote to control it as well.

The sound on my older flat screen just wasn't what it should be. I noticed that certain channels began sounding tinny. So I chose this sound bar when it went on sale and couldn't be happier. Setup was easy and the sound is really great. I don't even bother using the sound control on my TV's remote. This one does it all!

Great soundbar without tons of features. If you are looking to improve the poor sound from many of the newest TV’s this really helps. It surprisingly has Bluetooth and a few presets with enhanced bass.

I bought this to sit under my 32" HP 2k monitor for my Mac mini. It fits great, has great sound and is Bluetooth so I can use it with a tv in the guest room, etc... down the road. But for now, it's an excellent addition to my Mac!

For the price this sound bar is well worth it. The sound is very good for people speaking, which I could never hear on my TV's built in speakers. The volume on this sounder is quite loud too and it integrated really well with my TV.

THIS IS A NICE CHEAP OPTION FOR A SOUND BAR. WHAT YOUD EXPECT FROM AN INSIGNIA. GOOD SOUND SIMPLE TO HOOK UP. NOT AS NICE AS MY SAMSUNG SOUND BAR BUT WAY CHEAPER, AND ITS WAY BETTER THAN MY RCA SOUNDBAR THAT I PAID ABOUT THE SAME FOR.

Bought this for a spare TV. It won't compare to a dedicated sound set up with an external receiver and bookshelf or larger speakers, but it sounds way better than the speakers on the TV, and doesn't take up much space. Probably won't fill a big room with sound, but that's not what it's for either.

I really enjoy the full dynamic sound I get from this compact unit it allowed me to ditch the surround sound system and free up floor space in my small living room. If it were lost or stolen I would buy another one in a heartbeat
