Theses were very bulky and stiff. The sound quality was mid. Others could hear my music or phone calls while I was using them. If I cut it down I could barely hear them at all. They will fall off the ear if you are moving around alot.

I have had these for a couple months now and wish I bought a different pair. The right ear bud stopped working a few weeks in with the case blinking red. I called Anker support and with the warranty they sent new ear buds (no case) and they worked for a couple weeks, then the right one went out again. Called support, waited again, and they sent a whole new product, case and earbuds. I went for a run today, right bud out again. I'm going to see if I can get a refund from BB, so annoying!

Awful product, died after single use

I was able to pair these easily the first time and then the second time according to their own website, they should've immediately connected with my phone. That didn't happen. So I tried to reset it by pressing the button on the bottom of the case for five seconds as their guide states. Well it doesn't go into a reset mode at all. I also tried to re-pair by pressing it for three seconds and that doesn't happen either. I've followed the instructions to the T and literally can not get them to reset or re-pair at all. These are completely useless. I'm sure they're just a dud pair but still. First experience and will never buy this brand again because of it.

Confortable, don't fall out of my ears

Finally, earbuds that don't fall out of My Ears, I can't tell you how many earbuds I've lost because they just wouldn't stay put. It's so frustrating when you're working out or just walking around and they pop out. A good pair of earbuds that fit securely is a game-changer. No more fiddling with them every few minutes or worrying about losing one down the storm drain. This is a major win for my music-listening experience.
