Left ear went out after three months of sporadic use. I don't know what to tell you about alternatives since every brand of headphones seem designed to fail.

I've owned several Anker headphones and can say I've never really been disappointed. At any price point they always seem to hit the spot on great quality headphones. These Anker buds are no exception. Right from opening the box these buds come in a really well built case that fits great in your pocket. The cases spring loaded lid opens great to easily get to the two solid feeling buds. The buds themselves feel great. The different sized rubber tips make the buds a perfect fit for just about any ear. I wore these for extended periods and never felt any ear fatigue. Being extremely light and ergonomic make these great for almost any scenario. He sound quality too is great. While no means an audiophile listening device, when used for every day listening to music and podcasts they present an extremely clear sound with great eq. Finally the battery life exceos too. It can easily get several hours of listening with an additional charge in the case.i would put the battery life of these buds on par with any buds in this category. Overall, I'd say these buds check almost every box for a really good quality listening device for anyone that needs one.

THIS… Is the Soundcore Liberty 4 Noise Canceling (NC) by Anker, and to be quick to the point… they are truly amazing and really punch up for their price category. These Liberty 4 NC are similar to the Soundcore Liberty 4’s, however, these are somewhat of a half step up having Noise Canceling (and good quality NC!) amongst a few different features that sets them apart from their counterpart. These headphones MSRP slotting in at the highly competitive $100 mark amongst AirPods, Beats and many other quality earbuds… but they are from Anker?! Lets take a look to see if these are the new king of the hill, or just another pair of earbuds. Sound ============== The sound was actually something that really caught me off guard, if I were blindfolded and had an airpod pro or a Liberty 4 NC… I am not sure that I would be able to spot the difference. While not having the encapsulating fidelity of headphones, The Liberty 4 still delivers sound in a way that I feel like I am not missing out on any of the sound ranges, and really doesn’t go over the top on the lows, mids or highs. I found that regardless if I was listing to EDM, Metal, Rock or even a podcast, the sound was replicated equally and evenly. The BEST part… It has a built-in EQ. The noise canceling isn’t headphones level but combined with the built in form fitting tips it does end up being quite good, only letting in your higher frequency and very loud noises slip through. Comfort ============== I found these headphones to be quite comfortable to wear for hours on end due to the rubber tips on the end of the earbuds. The Liberty 4 NC includes several sized rubber tips to fit almost any size ear which is always a nice plus if you are a person that enjoys them. I didn’t find the headphones, case or the earbuds to be prone to slipping out of my pocket or ear and really enjoyed how compact it all was as well. Case ============== The Liberty 4 NC’s case design is something I have yet to see before, it has LED lighting integrated into the case so you can more easily see where you are putting your earbuds in the dark, even having led lighting in each earbud slot. It uses a magnetic system to lock the earbuds in place, which was actually quite strong. There was a slight learning curve putting the earbuds back in the right place as you have to set the earbuds into the case to their respective side whereas airpods are just dropped in. Complaints ============== I did originally have some issues with the earbuds staying connected and sounding spotty/staticy, however, upon connecting them to the app and updating the software it completely solved the issue I was having and I haven’t had an issue since. Overall ============== In review of the Liberty 4 NC’s, I have really fallen in love with them to the point that I think that these are by far some of the best earbuds I have ever worn. I think at the $100 price point these are the easy go-to’s and really make the airpods look cheap in comparison. The only reason I would think someone wouldn’t buy these would be due to the rubber ear tips, however, I am personally a fan of them and prefer them to the hard plastic style esque to the airpods. I think anker blew these out of the park and could have easily charged as much as the original Liberty 4’s and nobody would have batted an eye, but they chose to lower the price and improve the features and for that I cannot recommend these earbuds enough and I am now a Soundcare Liberty 4 NC by Anker fan (yes that is a long name haha)! As always, Bestbuy has an excellent return policy and even better customer service, so you never have to worry about buying a product that you don’t like… so why not test it out?!

I was skeptical at first. My experience with ear bud type headphones has never been good. I have small ears and they always fall out after taking a few steps. That being said, these do not do that. Once I found the correct tips to use (they came with four different sizes) they fit nice and snug without making my ears hurt. Took a few tries and a couple of headaches to find the right tips. If you have a Android phone or tablet you are in for a treat. If your hardware is capable you can use the LDAC technology, which can significantly impact audio quality, especially for users who prioritize high-resolution sound. LDAC is a wireless audio codec developed by Sony that allows for the transmission of high-quality audio over Bluetooth connections. The Soundcore Liberty 4 NC earbud headphones offer versatile connectivity options, allowing you to seamlessly switch between different devices without the hassle of constant pairing or unpairing. This multi-device connection feature adds convenience and flexibility to your audio experience. There is just one little hiccup with this option. If you turn it on you loose the ability to connect to multiple devices simultaneously. Depending on how you use them its either a pro or con. My case pro. Another feature for sound quality is the 3D sound option. It didn't do much for music as far as my experience was concerned but it did help with the quality of the sound for watching movies. Battery life is pretty impressive as long as you don't max out the volume. Using the app companion with these headphone is highly recommended. It checks for sound leaks and fitment of the buds in your ears (all ear buds should come with this ability). The controls are pretty good even if you have fat fingers. You can change how they work in the app to customize the functions of the taps. I like how you can use one earbud incase you aren't comfortable with the change in the sound using noise cancellation features. I can't speak on what the price point is because I really wasn't shopping for earbuds based on my previous experiences with that style headphones. The case charges wirelessly so that is pretty cool. Don't have to worry about the charge port wearing out which they often do. The water resistance is definitely a plus. I sweat a lot when I am working in the garage and they haven't glitched on me so they should be go to go when working out. I definitely recommend picking these up if you are looking for a good pair of earbud style headphones.

I easily paired these high quality earbuds to my phone and also to my PC. Be careful to check the instructions on how to pair a second device, some people report problems, but I am thinking they did not read the instructions. The instructions work perfectly. You can have two devices paired simultaneously if you like – very useful. I paired my laptop and cell phone. Sound is very crisp. The noise cancelling is the best I ever tried and I have tried a few dozen similar wireless earbuds. Noise cancelling is very sophisticated. Inside the phone app I could select ‘Adaptive Noise Cancelling’ which detected your environment and ‘auto-magically’ adjusted the noise cancelling. You can also select if you are on a train, bus, plane or a car and manually select your noise cancelling level that way – amazing and it worked great when I tried for a bus and a car. The cell phone app also contains something called ‘HearID’. This function customizes a so-called ‘HearID’ profile just for you by running some tests (via the phone app). You save your customized ‘HearID’ and this is used to help you get the best audio specifically for your ears out of the buds – amazing. The Soundcore app also provides 22 different equalization levels or you can just set levels manually. There are various methods to get help via the app. Soundcore certainly provides an exceptional product with excellent support. A giant tip of the cap to the Soundcore engineers. Here’s a clever feature. You can stop playback of a song by removing one earbud. I tried this with each earbud and it worked nicely. When you re-insert the earbud, you will have to tap it once to start the music again. This feature is useful for example, when someone comes up to you while you are mowing the lawn and listening through these buds. Another tip of the cap to the design engineers. These buds are water resistant and I used them through 5 workouts with a bit of sweat and no problems. I did get caught in the rain and again no problems (it rains in Florida a lot). Also, the battery-charge handled a week of my workouts, but I only do 40 minutes per session. The build quality is really solid. Soundcore has put out a very high quality and multi-functional set of earbuds. I highly recommend these incredible earbuds.

    Good value, noise-canceling wireless earbuds

The Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 NC Noise Canceling True Wireless Earbud Headphones are a very good pair of wireless earbuds at a very reasonable price considering their performance and features. The sound quality was better than expected and the noise-canceling feature works pretty well too. I have another pair of active noise canceling earbuds from a different brand that are quite a bit more expensive than these Anker wireless earbuds and I am used to how good the noise canceling is on the other pair I own but these Anker earbuds still do a very good job at a lower price point so I really don’t mind the slight difference when it comes to this particular feature. Another thing that is very impressive about these earbuds is the fact that the charging case has wireless charging which my other pair of more expensive wireless earbuds do not even have. Call quality is also very good on both ends and the earbuds themselves connect exceptionally quickly to my phone whenever I put them in my ears. The only issue I experienced with these earbuds was during the initial connection to my phone over Bluetooth. For some reason, I had a lot of problems trying to pair them to my phone for the first time. After messing around with the settings for a while and testing the pairing function with my PC (they paired right away to my PC without any issue), I finally was able to get them paired to my phone by tapping on the little settings dial next to the connection and manually toggling the toggle switches next to “Calls” and “Audio” into the on position. With every other device I have paired to my phones in the past over Bluetooth, this was done automatically but for whatever reason, I had to manually enable the connection this time. Very strange but it might just be an issue with my particular phone. Either way, I was able to get them connected and everything is all good now. Overall, the Anker Soundcore Liberty 4 NC Noise Canceling True Wireless Earbud Headphones are a very good pair of wireless earbuds. You get a lot of value for your money with this particular pair of wireless noise-canceling earbuds and I highly recommend them!

    Excellent noise-cancelling --- a steal!

Something I run into with earbuds all the time is two things: connectivity issues and the buds being able to stay in my ears when I'm active --- thankfully I did not have that problem with these. Connecting them on the bluetooth was super easy, and something unique I experienced when first using them was a sound test when I first connected them. It had me listen to a series of sounds and compare them, to tailor my listening experience ---- this is very unique and cool! You do it through the App though, so make sure you connect that first. These alao have a few different modes you can set it to --- I find the noise-cancelling with wind reduction mode works best for me, even though ambient is another close favorite because I like to be aware of my surroundings while wearing earbuds. One recommendation I would give for these --- set aside some time to really get them setup via the app before using them fully. Extra customization is really useful, but when not all the settings are set, it is a hassle to do it elsewhere because you need an internet connection. Overall the best things I would say about these are --- the noise cancelling level is legit and solid; and they stay in the ears well. Definitely a steal for the price as well --- these are right on par with my more well known, Fruit brand pods that cost much more.

These earbuds have unbelievable sound. Bass is balanced, the sound is perfect. The problem is, I took off one of the covers so i could find one to fit my ear, and I cant get it to stay on at all. Also, I could never jog in these, sadly, they'd fall right out. I'm stuck wearing one...should've returned.

These are a pretty decent set of ear buds. Not meant to be a $250 set of course, but very good I would say. Fit in my ears was comfortable, and the package came with additional sets of rubber tips in case a different size is needed for more comfort (I left the stock size on just fine). Sound quality was very good playing music. Good volume and clarity and good noise cancelling. Phone calls and Teams calls through my iPhone were very good too and people on other end said I was clear (I asked). Pairing these was super easy to my iPhone and MacBook, but to my Windows 10 computer I had a lot of difficulty. Even after trying to do the full reset multiple times.

Soundcore Liberty 4 NC is an awesome-sounding set of buds. I was impressed with the noise-canceling capability of these. Anker uses an adaptive ANC 2.0 that blocks noise on your walks, runs, or outside. The buds connect with Bluetooth 5.3, making them compatible with all the current phone tech. They also boast an 11 mm driver that will blow you away. I want to add high-resolution audio so. You can enjoy music from jazz to orchestra with all the highs represented. Easily adjust the sounds with the sound card app to access equalizer noise canceling functions and fit test for your ears. You can get 10 hours of listing on a single charge and 50 hours in the charging case, which is also wireless charging capable. They recharge quickly with the listed 10 min charge giving you 4 hours of listening time. Calls come in very well; the assistant functions on your phone, with six mics built in, using an AI algorithm. I sweat on my run, so these are good with IPX 4 water-resistant rating. You will love these, from fit to sound.

At this point every manufacturer of electronics has released a true wireless headset to varying degrees of quality and success. Enter the soundcore Liberty 4 by Anker. Rather than going with the completely boom-free aesthetic, their headset has a short boom arm with the mic situated on the end. Wearing them is comfortable and the case is actually quite a lot of fun as well as feature filled. It is magnetically closed, the button lights up as the case and headset charges (supports type c and qi charging) and the individual bays inside the case light when the headset is inside the case. Pushing the button pops open the case on a spring. It's become almost my new fidget toy. When using the headset, the quality is great and as mentioned they are comfortable to wear. The people I call initially had some audio quality concerns but after a firmware update there has been no further mention of audio quality issues. These have become my new daily use headset for my phone for audio, video and calls and I heartily recommend it to anyone in the market.

I love how much earbuds continue to evolve. I wasn't the biggest fan at first but I now love wireless earbuds. My biggest issue and fear are I feel like I would lose one earbud because of my ear size. The left bud always feels like it's going to fall out while I'm running. I have overcome this fear in the last 2-3 years. The Anker Liberty 4 earbuds has once again helped me overcome this. These buds come with 4 different ear sizes and I found the perfect match to fit both ears. My first use, I went for a power walk for about 2 miles. The sound quality is very good. I also downloaded the app and adjusted the noise cancellation settings. The app layout is easy to use and make adjustments. The next day, I went for a run to test the buds staying in my ears. The right bud stayed in with no issues. The left bud stayed in, but it felt as it was going to fall out. Once I returned home, and tried the other buds. Found the correct one and tried again for my run...perfect! These are my new workout buds.

I am rarely impressed by a product, but I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed by these Soundcore noise cancelling wireless earbuds. I own other Soundcore products, so I shouldn't be surprised, but they have outdone themselves with these earbuds! I am completely blown away by the sound quality and all of the features that come with these earbuds. There are other features that I really like about these Soundcore earbuds. To begin with, you will notice the unique ergonomic design when you first pull them out of the charging case. They come with plenty of ear tip size options to ensure a good fit. Since I already own other Soundcore products, I already had the app which is a must if you are planning on enjoying all of the features that it comes with. I love how the fit in my ear and how there is plenty of space on the earbud to manage the controls from the earbud. Other earbuds are too small and I have struggle with the controls, but not with these Soundcore earbuds. Once you get in the app, that is where the fun begins! You have a multitude of options to customize your earbuds. The list of options is too long to cover each one, so I will just go over the ones that I really liked: Under the Ambient Sound options I really liked that I can choose between Adaptive Noise Canceling and Transportation Modes. With the ANC option you can choose the Environment Detection which adjusts noise reduction for optimal sound performance. Under Transportation Modes you choose which specific environments you are in like plane, train or bus. Another neat feature that I really liked was the Sound Effect option. With this option, Hear ID will test your personal hearing and adjust both sound and noise canceling based on your personal needs and surrounds. I like to wear these earbuds when I work out and I usually work out for a specific amount of time. I like that these earbuds come with an Auto Power Off. You can choose the amount of time that they will be on before they turn off. There have been plenty of times where I take off my earbuds and I forget to turn them off and the next thing I know the battery life has been drained, but now I don't have to worry about that. Lastly, as I mentioned earlier, they come with different size ear tips and that helps with comfort. Most of wear earbuds for a long period of time, so comfort is extremely important. I wore these for 4 hours at a time and not once have I have in any kind of discomfort. I can't say enough good things about these Soundcore earbuds, they are the best ones that I own so far. I highly recommend these earbuds!

The main thing I wanted was the noise canceling. These solved the problem. The only thing is they don't seem to be too comfortable in the ear, I tried all the sizes but my ears are a little sore when I take them out. None of the sizes work for me. I ended up with the medium which for me has the best noise canceling.
