Initial thoughts... Very nice buds, but are they really able to compete with Apple AirPods Pro?
In order to answer that, I must first set the stage by saying that this a subjective opinion and while others may agree, certainly others will disagree. I find this to be especially true when comparing ANYTHING to Apple since Apple has such a loyal following.
End of the day, for me, yes, these absolutely compete with [and in many area's] beat the AirPods. My wife has her goofy Apple Eco-system and she is the first to disagree [of course] with me, but that is in my opinion because anything outside of her Apple-world is also out of her comfort zone.
One of the nicest features these Soundcore has is the ability to switch between ANC [Active Noise Cancellation]. I was amazed when switching from "Transparency Mode", or "Normal" mode to ANC, the gym we go to just disappeared from a sound standpoint. The echo in the locker room, the ever present gym overhead music and the buzz of conversations, almost 100% gone. Walking through the gym, same... Impressive. Watching "The Sopranos" while on the elliptical was great! No background noise and the sound was impressive. The placement of the sounds as compared to the screen was great. Compete with Apple? Absolutely! Beat Apple? I say yes, the wife says no. But me being an Android guy, I'll take Soundcore all day long.
As for music, again, these are an excellent choice! Powerful bass, smooth midrange and evenly delivered highs. Listening to Slipknot's "Yen" was a new experience. The fade in had great placement and movement, the bridge, being delivered in stereo and moving bassline L to R, the multi-layered textured guitars... These took an already excellent song to other-worldly. Same with several other Slipknot, 5FDP, Meshuggah, Korn and A7X songs.
As a former professional guitarist, I had to listen to Polyphia. Wow! "G.O.A.T" was just stunning. The bass was so punchy, and again, the multi-layered, dissonant guitars moving in stereo, ANC isolated to the soundstage of your skull... Fantastic.
The case is nice, clean, solid and simple. Holds plenty of charge for more than a few 1.5 hour treks to the gym. The buds are snapped into place by a positive magnet. I will say the Apple's may have a slightly higher quality "feel", but I wouldn't justify the additional cost to be in-line with the perceived "feel".
The app, was clean, simple, and well layed out. You can easily change modes between ANC, Normal And Transparency. Transparency is a GREAT choice if you are out for a ride or a jog or a walk... You can still enjoy your music while also being well aware of what is going on around you. Great feature.
With the app, you can also change EQ/listening modes. Kind of a cool feature but most people will probably find their favorite and leave it there.
These also do offer heart rate monitoring. Again, kind of cool, but for me, not really needed. I already have a fitness tracker that does that but for what it's worth, these are just as accurate.
I also like the fact that if you are listening and want to chat with someone, you can pull out a bud and it will pause playback.
As for the "Almost Perfect"... I'm not a small guy. The largest silicone cups they have are right on the verge of being too small for me. I understand that is on me, not Soundcore, but it would be nice if they offered a larger size. While doing cardio and weights with a bit of a sweat, they are just on the verge of feeling like they are falling out. I am constantly having to push them in.
Other than that, these are a fantastic choice. And if you have an Apple-snooty spouse, great choice to flex on their buds ;).

So I'm coming from liberty 3 pro and i gotta say these have a slight edge overall. I think the new acaa 3.0 has slightly better staging. Bass is good for me (moderate bass head) but of course can be tweaked via the app. They are on the brighter side so you will need to tame the upper frequencies a bit. The charging case problem with liberty pro 3 is gone since the stems lock them into place and there are no slippery wings or fins in the way. Also the orientation of how they go into the case matches the same side(left on left side etc.) unlike the lp3 where the left went to the right and vice versa. The squeeze controls only took me a few minutes to get the hang of and they are just as simple as the touch controls of the lp3. Case is nice and slim and even fits into the coin pocket on my jeans. App has even more controls for extra features of the L4. The spatial audio feature is cool but does reduce fidelity (bass reducing) and imaging as it moves the sound around. The anc is just as good as lp3 and knocks out enough of the outside world (mostly bass and midrange) for my satisfaction. It's not sony or bose but those create too much pressure with anc on anyhow. The fit is super comfy for me. No fatigue after several hours. My only wish is that they supplied a set of xl tips. They seal well but feel like they could fill my ear canals just a smidge more.

These little earbuds have fantastic sound! I am very surprised by the bass. I have also had problems with the fit in other earbuds, but these stay in place well.
The customizable touch controls for both left and right earbud is a very unique feature for Anker.
The clarity of in-ear active noise cancellation is blissful in a noisy environment.
Integration and simplicity with the use of the Soundcore app add yet another reason to own these earbuds.

These are great. I think I was the forbidden love child of Sloth (from the cinematic masterpiece, The Goonies) and The Thing (from John Carpenter's, The Thing (duh)) as I have a weird left ear canal. No in-ear headphones stay in place and produce a working noise cancellation for me at all. I'm an Android user through and through, and it pains me to say that the original airpods were the best headphones for me, even though they didn't have ANC. These guys are pretty dang good though. They fit great, are not uncomfortable even after an hour+ of use. The noise cancelling is fantastic and the head tracking is a unique feature that I can't stop using. I haven't used the heartbeat crap - I've got a pixel watch for that. They sound great. The left one still comes loose because I've got a mutant ear canal, but it's worth it (not being a mutant... that part sucks).

I own many earbuds ... Sony XM4, Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, Liberty 3 Pro, and many more. These are my go-to buds. They do everything well. The sound is great. The mics for calls are clear and do a great job of focusing on the voice and blocking ambient sounds. The ANC is quite good. Transparency mode is good as well. They have no true weaknesses (XM4 aren't great at calls and control flexibility is mediocre, Buds 2 Pro lack true multipoint, etc.). I very much prefer the stem-squeeze control mechanics of the Liberty 4 over touch controls.

Absolutely love these. I was between these and 2 different sets of beats headphones, and was coached to go with these. Capable of 2 separate bluetooth connections, so you can have 2 different devices linked to either bud at the same time. Sleek charging case, capable of USB C charging. Active noise cancelling, customizable audio quality, and much more. By far the best bluetooth earbuds I’ve ever purchased. Can not recommend these enough. And all for an unbeatably affordable price…especially in comparison to the competition.

Liberty 4 earbuds are a comfortable fit and the sound is nice. They are replacing the Liberty 2 Pro earbuds I misplaced. I use them mainly for phone calls and I am told the clarity is nice. When I do use them for music the sound is very good. They also hold a very long charge. I charge them about every other day. The instructions did not show how to disconnect a call; however, by experimenting with my earbuds, 2 squeezes disconnect. I highly recommend.

Great headphones after you eq them. Noise canceling is decent for the price aswell. What these excel at is the fit i can wear them for hours and not even feel them at all. The heart rate sensor actually works and measures the same as my watch 5. Calling is lacking from what my ppl have told me.

Their sound is great and the microphone provides clearly understood verbal communication on my Samsung S23. They are comfortable to wear but kept slipping out of my right ear until I got some different. They also have avtive noise cancelling which works pretty well. My desk is right in front of our furnace and when it kicks on it generates about 60 dB of noise, which the Soundcore ear buds pretty effectively blocks out. Finally, I can connect the buds to 2 devices, without having to unpair first. this is a great feature that works very well.

After reading a lot of other reviews, I settled on these earbuds. I have to say that the sound quality is really, really good and they fit well in my odd sized, small ears. I like that there is a fit test in the app, and once you complete it, there is a tone the plays in each one when you have inserted them correctly. The app is pretty easy to navigate and functions well. The noise canceling options are really great and the sound customization options are excellent. I do have a bit of trouble keeping them in place when I'm doing a workout and moving around a lot, but I don't necessarily blame the earbuds for that as it has been a common thing for me. Overall, they're a really good product for the price.

The sound is great, Bluetooth 5.3 connection stability was rock solid paired with my 5.3 apple watch SE 2 at the gym. Unlike the 5.0 ear buds and player I used to use with constant choppy signals and drop outs. Customized controls are a plus, but the fit isn't the best. No matter which ear tips I used there was always a bit of noise leakage. And worst of all when I tilted my head to look up they really leaked noise to where I had to readjust them upon looking straight again. Ear fins would have fixed all of that but no such luck on the Liberty 4's. Too bad.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I would like to present our deepest apologies for all the inconvenience.
This model is one of our newest products. We deeply appreciate your detailed answers to discover the root cause of the problem: - What is the model and OS of the device you are connecting with? - Does this issue happen with downloaded songs (not live streaming)? - If you are using LDAC or multi-pair(connect the earbuds with 2 devices) when the issue occurs? - If your firmware is the latest version? - Please describe the environment where the issue occurred. (outdoors? At home? Gym?) - How often does the problem occur?
Bluetooth signals may be affected by obstructions, such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend you could use your mobile phone to connect your earbuds to see how it works.
We kindly ask you to try the following troubleshooting as those have proven to often times already help: - Upgrade the firmware to the latest version - Forget/ignore the pairing records for the earbuds (Liberty 4) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth. - Reset the earbuds using the following steps: Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open, then press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators flash white rapidly three times. - Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
Usually, these earbuds can fit most people's ears. Try the following proven steps to help: Step 1. Choose the size of ear tips that fit your ears best. Please know there is a M2 sized eartips, which is with a longer length, it should get a more secure wearing. Open the ear tip, align the oval hole with the earphone and insert it from both edges to ensure that all sides are installed to the bottom of the earphone (note: avoid pressing the ear tip directly, as you might put it on in the wrong place). Step 2. Insert the earbuds into the inner canal of your ears and turn the earbuds to find the most comfortable position. Step 3. Take a Fit Test in the soundcore app . (This step is very important)

I only bought these because I needed a new pair and trying to stay with the same brand but overall they are well made for the price and features. I personally don't need heart or pulse rate monitor but seems accurate. My only thing is I don't like the two finger push on the side... On the bright side you can make it sensitive so you don't crush it, it has more features all good and better with the app. Downfall price

I love the sounds of these earbuds. Pretty comfortable and not much of discomfort i feel when I use in ear silicone earphones. I also love the wireless charging case and the light up is pretty cool whenever you open the case.
Where this set lacked thought was battery life. Regular use with the charging case lasts me 2 days vs 4 days with my old AirPods.
