Great price with very good audio quality and a strong battery life. Easy to setup and pair to all of her devices and she loves the way that they fit and she says they are easy to use and very comfortable.

The battery life on these things are really good. The sound quality, once you messed with the EQ is gonna be fine for most people. The charging case is small enough stow away in most pockets unless they are tiny pockets. I would go for the black color scheme for these earphones to make them look a bit more stealthy. The fit is average but you’re gonna have to be pushing these in your ear a little bit more than you are used to if you want to feel secure of have a proper seal. They are definitely not for working out unless you can get these fitting in your ear super snug. One thing i wish i Knew before i bought these is that any other tip that isn’t the pack in ear tip won’t let you close the charging case properly. Sucks cause i really like my go to foam ear tips, silicon just slips out of my ear canal to easily.

These works great first the first 2 months. Now cancelling is great and comfort with long battery life. Very sensitive settings with touch/tap. These were accidently disconnected or somehow unpaired and are extremely hard to pair BOTH sides. After month 2 would not sync both headphones. Only hear/sync out of 1 ear. Watched multiple videos without solution. Going through a process with 1 year warranty, but I don't even want another pair. Do not recommend the hassle and HOURS spent researching into the multiple problems.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're really sorry you've encountered this issue!
If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists: 1. Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Liberty & Liberty L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth. 2. Reset the earbuds using the following steps: - Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open. - Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times. 3. After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together. 4. Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty (not Liberty L) and pair the device to see if that worked. 5. Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
Note: When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select ""pair"". If you select ""cancel"" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.
If those don't help, please reach out to us via [email protected] or call us at +1 (800) 988 7973. We are more than happy to assist you further.

I was not expecting much. Earbuds all seemed thin sounding to me. Set them up. Did the personnel eq and then tried them out. Tried all the presets. Then decided the "small speaker" sounded best. It has some bass and controlled the treble. I played around with the eq on the phone. Settled on small speaker. I did have to crank the volume all the way up to get any sound volume. It was still acceptable and a keeper. Decided I would do a complete reset. I do not know why but the volume problem was fixed and the small speaker setting had bass and was smooth. I skipped the personal eq setup. Could this be why the reset helped? Phone calls aso sound ok. Now a real keeper!

I slaved over reviews of true wireless earbuds and decided on these based off of rave reviews and features. I was expecting them to be decent as I have owned some really expensive wired headphones in the $500 range in the past. These have exceeded my expectations in almost every category. Before I bought them I was thinking that there was a good chance I might return them but that is not happening. They are great sounding earbuds and the quality is top notch. The app is awesome. Make sure you find the right size tips as that is important for getting the most out of the sound. They are comfy, don't fall out, and have excellent battery life!!! 5 stars all day!!!

I have been using these headphones for several months. I use them while exercising and also while working in the yard and in my workshop. The sound quality is good for me and the battery life and is good enough for my purposes as well. I did have a problem with the left headphone not charging or not working after several months. The manufacturer was very good about exchanging the entire set. I told them that it seems I have trouble keeping the earbuds in my ears, that I need to snug them periodically. They sent me a smaller and larger size from the set that comes with the headphones and among them all it seems I have been able to find a combination that works pretty well for me. I would buy these again as I see more value than the more expensive brand. I rate the overall rating as good because I had to get a set replaced. If that hadn't happened I would have rated them excellent.

Excellent sound quality and noise cancellation at a really good price point. Also super comfortable with the assorted size earpieces included. I have been using these for over 6 months now for business online collaboration meetings (WebEx, Zoom, Google Meet) as an alternative to using the built in microphone and speakers on my MacBook Pro. I also use them paired with my iPhone for calls and music when doing yard work. Great battery life and quick charging.

The sound is great. Very good bass, mids and highs. 2 way phone talking reception is wonderful. They link to my android phone fast. I also use them to link my Windows 10 PC with no problems. I walked about 24 feet away from my phone without loosing signal or call quality. The battery lasted me around 7hrs talking each ear bud, and charges fast. The software works great. You can customize/equalize your listening preferences. It also has a hearing test. Takes a little time to get use to the multi tap system but it works fine. I have compared these with ear buds that cost twice the cost of these and they compete quite well.

Love the sound, fit, look of the ear peices and cost. Pairs quickly 75% of the time. Needs resetting 25% of the time when they do not pair. So far have not been able to update the firmware. They are being paired with a Samsung 9+ with the Android operating system.

I enjoyed the sound and the feeling, and the lightness of them, I like how they give you several options for your ear sizes. Only con. I've had is with a Samsung s10e, I was having some difficulty pairing. But after that everything's been fine.

I really enjoy these headphones! The build quality is great as always with anker products. They also include many accessories.
It was easy to pair these earphones and easy to use the app that you can download that can make the experience better!
It has a smaller footprint and easy to put in your bookbag or pocket. and it is USB-C!
I do have some connecting issues, which one pair won't connect, however, you can just put the earphones back in the case and take it out again, and it pairs.
I have no issues with the charging, as I can get through most of the week without needing to recharge these.

I like the fit of these buds in my ear. I purchased these after I got my tragus pierced and the Samsung ear buds I had would not fit perfectly nor would the knock off iPhone buds for Android sit in my ear comfortably either. Not these they fit snugly now here is the big BUT they sounded better before I did the sound test :-( now they still have a good sound but the test was supposed to make them perfect based upon what decibels my ears could hear hate to say it but they sound duller. They are still a quality pair of buds but I wish my Samsung Icon X would fit right I would get the new one's in a heart beat the sound is crisper and louder. The battery life is great and the charging case really gives a great charge to the buds. The cost was not bad mine were on sale so that was a plus but overall one lives and learns....

Great Airpod Alternative

I did a lot of research on true wireless earbuds before settling in these. I didn't want to spend $300 on Bose or Sony and I saw a lot of mixed reactions about Airpods (which I ended up buying for someone else and did not care for them). These fit my ear perfectly and isolate me from pretty much all outside noise when listening, which I actually really like but isn't for everyone. The sound quality is great and the Soundcore app definitely helps with EQs for different music styles.
Two complaints are that the touch controls are finicky. It often takes me several tries to get it to register my touch, which often pushes the earbud further in than I would like. Also, there's no passthrough mode for ambient sound to play through when listening to music. Sometimes that would be nice to have but it's not at all a deal breaker.
Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for an Airpods alternative.

Love my Soundcore Liberty 2 Earbuds

I purchased my Liberty Air 2 Earbuds about five months ago and I love them. I love the sound and they way they fit in my ear. However, About a month ago I noticed that my earbuds stopped pairing and they stopped working. I contacted customer service and through email and they responded by giving me instructions on how to reset the earbuds. When that did not work with in couple of days they sent me a brand new pair. Customer service was great.
My only concern, is that the ear bud tips that are supplied with the Liberty Air 2 did not stay in my ears when running walking and moving quickly. After some research, I purchased a product called Comply Ear Foam Tips. These are made with material that fit to your ear and lock on. These bud tips made all the difference in the world. I can now walk, run, work in the garden and move quickly and they do not fall out.

I'm pleased with the sound and the comfort. Not that I've done it yet, but it's convenient that you can wear one at a time. Because they turn off and recharge each time you put them in their little case, they're practical. I have a slight hearing deficit in my left ear and the ability to easily adjust the sound reproduction to suit your personal needs is helpful and reassuring. Now the reason I haven't given 5 stars, the little control buttons are either not sensitive enough or maybe they're too sensitive. Either way, that's what kept me from giving 5 stars. I would have given 4.5 if I could. I've already recommended them.-

Great sound quality, very accurate using the flat equalizer setting on the app. A bit staticky but not terrible. Really good fit and finish, feels very durable.
However, the first pair I bought stopped working on one side after 2 months (!). I got it replaced in store, but even if it isn't within return period it can be replaced by Soundcore for the first 18 months. I am hoping that the second pair lasts a lot longer, but for the price and with the 18 month warranty, the premium feel makes this worth the price difference to the super cheap $40-70 TWS earbuds you can find online and here.
