Not great for sleep or phones

Also, the app does not work with all phones. I had to use my iPad instead of my phone because the app couldn’t locate the pods. It did connect via Bluetooth though which does not allow for all the uses.

Excellent service provided when problem developed

I contacted Soundcore technical support and after running through several troubleshooting steps, they emailed me a prepaid return label and was send a new set very quickly. Excellent service which you don;t find very often these days.

Do not waste your money

And I’m 2 days late to be able to return because I was trying really hard to give them a chance , I see the price has decreased now too probably because these aren’t worth 5 dollars. The ap is not user friendly, the blue tooth disconnects frequently and the alarm works when it wants to.

Please note that this doesn't necessarily mean there's an issue with the earbuds, so check your connected devices and surroundings. Bluetooth signals may be influenced by obstructions, such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection for these earbuds, we recommend avoiding such obstructions and use in an indoor environment.
To fix this issue, try the following:
1. Fully charge and reset your earbuds as stated below and repair them.
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the case flash white 3 times and then flash in sequence. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
2. Make sure you're wearing the earbuds correctly.
3. Try another set of ear tips and ear wings in a different size.
Please note that if the earphones are too deep in your ears, it may affect the Bluetooth signal. Try larger sizes to reduce the in-ear depth of the earbuds, which may improve the connection stability.
4. Check the earbuds by listening to a downloaded song/video if you're using them in music mode.
5. Check the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if there's a difference.

Great idea horrible execution

I set everything up, fit great, were comfortable and the directions (that i actually read for once) seemed great and easy to follow. The issue i had is the app..... It wasn't very user friendly, didn't match up well with the written directions, and you can only use sleep mode with the app. The "white noise" in the app was extremely limited and gave me a panic attack and hurt my ears. The way these were advertised i thought i could use the white noise podcast on Spotify that is working great for me (just need the right ear buds). Extremely frustrated and the chat help didn't even recognize these ones and was useless, i had to call and the woman was kinda and helpful but unfortunately i had to return them within 24 hours of getting them. Extremely upset, i was counting on these to help me sleep.

About the "white noise" issue, we would like to confirm with you if you have downloaded white noise in music mode and then listen to it in sleep mode.

Meh

Using one of my air pod pros on noise canceling was better even though I can’t lay on that side. The idea is good but didn’t switch over to sleep mode like it’s suppose to after you fall asleep

Defective

The left bud goes off within first hour and they only last for 4 hours then turns itself off. I only use in sleep mode. Unfortunately it says ineligible for a return.

Battery playtime in Music and Sleep mode is obtained from testing in the Anker laboratory using the earbuds' default settings; no smart volume control (sleep mode only), and 50% volume.
The actual playtime may vary by volume, audio source, environmental interference, usage, etc.
We also recommend you try the following tips:
- Fully charge your earbuds.
-The sleep mode defaults to playing for 2 hours and pausing, you can go to the App to set the playing time.
- Turn on the smart switch, and the earbuds will enter sleep mode after detecting the user has fallen asleep, which can prolong battery life.
- Try to close the soundcore App in the background of the mobile phone to reduce power consumption.
- Upgrade the soundcore App and firmware to the newest version.

Not comfy as promised
