Needed These To Work!

Bad decision - Could hear my husband snoring and they were not comfortable. Also, the app was way too much work. Once again learning, you get what you pay for. Please know that these earbuds do not support active noise canceling. If the smart noise masking effect isn't up to scratch, try a different size of ear wings and ear tips. Also, try to make sure you're wearing them correctly.

When using the earbuds in sleep mode, you can only adjust the volume in the soundcore app.
When using them in music mode, you can adjust the volume via the connected device.
Please know that these earbuds do not support active noise canceling. If the smart noise masking effect isn't up to scratch, try a different size of ear wings and ear tips. Also, try to make sure you're wearing them correctly.
