To fix the connection issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
1. Remove the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds.
2. Reboot the Bluetooth device you're using (such as a phone or computer). Forget all the pairing
records of your earbuds on your device and turn off Bluetooth.
3. Reset the earbuds as per the steps below (make sure your earbuds have enough battery).
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold the button on the
charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the case flash white 3 times and then flash in sequence. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are properly connected to charging points in the case, or it may cause resetting failure.
4. Turn on the Bluetooth on your device and search for soundcore Sleeep A10 and pair
If there is a pop-up window to confirm pairing for "soundcore SleepA10," please select "Pair." If you accidentally select "Cancel", you need to refresh (turn off and turn on) the Bluetooth on your device and pair the earbuds again.

Just what I wanted

Please note that soundcore Sleep A10 does not support active noise canceling. If the Smart Volume Control effect isn't up to scratch, try a different size of ear wings and ear tips. Also, try to make sure you're wearing them correctly.

Nice device, sits easily in ear canal and small

I have a partner that snores badly, so bad, I needed to wear ear plugs to drown out the snoring and sleep in another room in the house and it was awful. I needed something to drown out the noise and especially to play a sound and also wake me up with an alarm. This device does it all and I actually thought it was more comfortable than Bose, sat in the ear easier and worked seamlessly with the paired app which allowed for white noise and also had a built in alarm. The pair of earbuds does not weigh a lot and also fit snugly inside the ear canal and is easy to use. I tried these for 5 consecutive nights and they certainly cut out the snoring and are a blocker of the sounds. I sleep on my side so I couldnt wear regular ear buds since they hurt my ears and stuck out. This device lays flatter and is easier to seat inside the ear and made a serious difference in my sleep patterns. Not sure yet if I will regularly wear these but so far so good.

Less tham ideal

I tried these and returned them within 2 days. The software is not user friendly. Bose is far superior. Needless to say I bought another pair of Bose.

Not what I was expecting

The methodically designed noises are what help me get to sleep.

To access this feature, please ensure your earbuds are successfully connected to the soundcore app. Once in the app, navigate to the music mode. Here, you can select your favorite sleep music from the Sleep Music Library and transfer it to the earbuds. Afterward, switch to sleep mode for extended play.

The work but not for me

For the sound quality (bass), you can do the following:
(For the music mode)
1. Try setting a different EQ via the soundcore app.
2. Reset the earbuds as follows:
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the case flash white 3 times and then flash in sequence. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds normally.
3. Try using a different sound source or music app.
(For the sleep mode)
1. Update your software to the latest version via the soundcore app;

Avoid purchase
