    Poor connection quality

These earbuds have extremely poor connection quality, I've tried all the suggestions like changing the tip to a larger one, ensuring the firmware is up to date, etc, but nothing helps. They will randomly cut out. It's especially bad when I'm laying on one side, which was sort of the entire point of getting the product in the first place. Its form factor is supposed to allow sleeping on them without being uncomfortable. If the bluetooth antenna is so poor that it can't even get a signal just because my hand is covering it or I'm laying on a pillow, then what was the purpose? They spent so much time on features like sleep tracking and the ability to save sounds to it from the app, that they didn't have enough budget for a working bluetooth reciever? Definitely not worth the price in my opinion.

These buds wpuld be a 4 if they had ANC, and a 5 if the original pair didnt stop functioning after 3 weeks. It reduces volume around you by 25 decibels, and you really can actually sleep comfortably with them in

The headphones are comfortable but do not automatically start once placed in your ears if it connects to the ios app which is needed to change the sounds.. I just want to be able to put them in my ears and go to sleep but I’m not able to. I have to take out my phone and choose between music and sound mode.. very annoying especially when I want to minimize phone use before sleeping. You CAN NOT import your own sounds to the headphones.. why isn’t this an option? Why do I HAVE to use your sounds? A lot of deal breakers for me so I’m returning it.

These earbuds fit perfectly in my ears without protruding from the ears like other brands that I tried using in bed. I use them mostly to listen to books in bed and they actually do detect when I fall asleep and shut off. They aren’t bad for music, too. I don’t like the sleep sounds. It’s just my personal preference. I got a pair for my spouse and loves the sounds and the fact that they do shut off when he sleeps. They block out our snoring, too!

Pretty good compared to the Bose Sleepbuds. The option to play music is a big plus over the Bose. Took a while to find the best ear tips so they would stay in all night. Volume settings need to be improved.

These were pretty decent if you can get them to fit.. I'm giving it 2 stars because it was mostly 2 out of 5 times I could get these to fit properly (and I tried all the extra wing tips and ear sizes). While they worked properly, the noise isolation (even if passive) was decent and the sounds they provide that you can load onto the earbuds are good. You can also use these to listen to music or your own noise application if you'd like. But unfortunately don't think I could make a recommendation overall, but perhaps they work better on certain people's ears than mine.

      We suggest trying the following:

      - Make sure you wear the ear tips and ear wings correctly.
      - Choose the ear tips and ear wings that fit your ears the best, we recommend that you start with size M ear tips and ear wings.
      - Insert the earbud into your ear and find a suitable position for the best fit. If the earbuds are too deep in your ears, it may affect the Bluetooth connection. If you experience connection issues, we recommend that you replace the ear tips and wings with larger ones.
      - When using them in bed, try a different soft pillow.
      - Use soft pillows. Pillows that are too hard may exert more pressure on your ears if you sleep on your side, which can affect the connection to your phone.
      - Do not use water pillows or pillows with metal or magnetic components.

    Noise canceling earbuds for sleep

Sleeping with SoundCore earbuds has saved my life. Restless nights with no sleep had reached a fever pitch for me. The many sound selections give me many options for canceling out the external noise that exists. Just wish there had been more instructions on how to turn off the buds when in your ear. I found thus truly by accudent. Found it very reasonable that the charge is lasting a week. I'd recommend these as a viable sleep aid over pills any day.

These worked fairly well blocking out unwanted noise and assisting sleep when needed....but they are very unreliable. In the first 45 days the left ear stopped working and even though I reset, repaired, rebooted I could not get the left earbud to work with my phone or tablet. Called the mfg support and they told me maybe I should try a firmware update which sounded like a shot in the dark since there are quite a few folks with this same issue over the last few years. So off to Best Buy to return and purchase something possibly more reliable - Bose?

The batteries don't last more than 7 hours even when fully charged. Not as comfortable as they should be when sleeping on your side. The noise masking is not effective unless the volume is turned almost to max. Even then, it doesn't truly mask like the Bose Sleepbuds. I'm waiting for Ozlo to release theirs, which are built from Bose's Sleepbud technology.

      Here are some tips:
      - Playtime in music mode is up to 6 hours at 50% volume.
      - Playtime in sleep mode is up to 10 hours at 50% volume.
We also recommend you try the following tips:
      - Fully charge your earbuds.
Turn on the smart switch, the earbuds will enter sleep mode after detecting the user has fallen asleep, which can prolong battery life.
      Note:
Battery playtime in Music and Sleep mode is obtained from testing in the Anker laboratory using the earbuds' default settings; no smart volume control (sleep mode only), and 50% volume.
The actual playtime may vary by volume, audio source, environmental interference, usage, etc.

Don't waste your money. Doesnt charge property even with repeated cleaning of the earbud and case. It keeps disconnecting and ultimately ends up keeping me awake more than helping me sleep. The app and support are useless and basically faqs with links to purchase the new version that still has the same problems. Save up for some ozlos or something else.
