Poor replacement for the Bose Sleepbuds

- Make sure you wear the ear tips and ear wings correctly.
- Choose the ear tips and ear wings that fit your ears the best, we recommend that you start with size M ear tips and ear wings.
- Insert the earbud into your ear and find a suitable position for the best fit. If the earbuds are too deep in your ears, it may affect the Bluetooth connection. If you experience connection issues, we recommend that you replace the ear tips and wings with larger ones.
- When using them in bed, try a different soft pillow.
- Use soft pillows. Pillows that are too hard may exert more pressure on your ears if you sleep on your side, which can affect the connection to your phone.
- Do not use water pillows or pillows with metal or magnetic components.

Earbuds do not always connect when you remove from case. All the sounds have someone eating chips and pouring a drink in the background. No user guide. Nothing to tell you how to get rid of the guy eating chips in the background. Dont waste your money.

To fix the battery issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
1. Update your soundcore app and the firmware to the latest version.
2. Please note that the volume will affect the battery life. Usually, playtime in sleep mode is up to 10 hours at 50% volume.
Regarding the connectivity issue, please also try:
1. Fully charge and reset your earbuds as stated below and re-pair them.
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on the case flash white 3 times and then flash in sequence. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally.
2. Make sure you're wearing the earbuds correctly.
3. Try another set of ear tips and ear wings in a different size.
Please note that if the earphones are too deep in your ears, it may affect the Bluetooth signal. Try larger sizes to reduce the in-ear depth of the earbuds, which may improve the connection stability.
4. Check the earbuds by listening to a downloaded song/video if you're using them in music mode.
5. Check the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if there's a difference.

Better than the big name!

I wasn't sure if something half the price of Bose could be more reliable, but I've been pleasantly surprised. So far, they are doing a fantastic job of masking sounds at night, better than the Bose did. Quite comfortable easy to pair up, overall I'm very happy with them.

She doesn’t hear anything and sleeps peacefully throughout the night. This is her second pair of sleep buds and she likes these better than the first due to better functionality than Bose!! 10/10 would recommend!!

The unit is comfortable. However, I found it difficult to set up for the sounds I wanted while sleeping and the connection always dropped during the night. Perhaps it is the user… but I would expect this to be easier to set up than my more complex hearing aids. Sadly, I will return these earbuds and look for another solution.

Fabulous asset for travelers!

These earbuds are fabulous for someone who doesn't sleep well away from home. They are controlled through your phone and can play white noise so you don't hear those night sounds. They can be worn as just earbuds and play music, too. Wonderful for someone who travels!

I own a few earbuds and headphones from them, to be honest, I don't know which one is better than the other as they all are so good. These for sleep are phenomenal the integrated sound is relaxing and they work perfectly. All I have to say is " I love them"

I use them every night to go to sleep with a podcast or some white noise in the background. My wife snores and it blocks out the noise well enough. I can hear still but it's low enough that it won't wake me up.

They have many options on sleep mode to use depending on your mood. They block out all of the small noises that used to keep me up or that would wake me in the middle of the night. The battery is long lasting. Would definitely recommend.

Slept like a baby in the tents with troops walking all around and all the vehicles circling the base. Get these if you have trouble sleeping die to noise around you.
