This seemed like a comparable option. It’s only been on the new phone for a few days. Time has yet to tell if it is a worthy option. My first impression is that the side button covers seem a bit stiff but the case itself seems to have decently “padded” the phone’s edges.

The Best Buy service rep showed us what was happening and we bought another case, just like the one I had on my iPhone. Problem solved . Best Buy rep was so helpful and put it on Vic's phone, too. Win, win.
