Quality has slipped....

I've used their cases for years with incredible protection. I'm not sure what happened, but the side buttons where so stiff, I couldn't use use the volume or lock buttons without using both hands. The case itself also made an awful squeaky noise. Of course, I have thrown away the packaging so I can't return it. I ended up having to buy an off brand on Amazon. Really disappointing since I love their cases typically.

If grip is important to you, we'd like you to check out Presidio Perfect-Clear with Grips or Presidio2 Grip, both of which were designed with grippiness and hold in mind.
