Never ever had an issue. I have to say I drop my phone constantly and none of my phones ever broke. We love that it's not bulky.

Not the greatest clear case

I have loved all my speck cases and replaced this one with another speck. But the siri/screen off button would not work must of the time with this case and it made a annoying noise every time I pressed it
