The volume and side buttons are so stiff, it's hard to even use. I work in a warehouse so my fingers are not weak either! Removing the case is so difficult, I felt I was going to damage the phone. Worst case I've ever bought, although I'll admit it seems it might be durable if I decided to keep using it.

My last case just got old and I wanted to replace it with another clear case, however this clear case is made of harder plastic and the thickness of the hole inserts makes it difficult to turn up the volume or turn on phone or vice versa. It could just be a bad case of the bunch.
