Right Button Takes Effort to Operate

1) The right side button takes effort to depress
2) It took me a lot of time to get the case on the phone as the plastic is quite hard. I was concerned that i would damage the phone. A speck of something got between the case & the phone back when I was attaching it - too difficult to get it off & back on so I will have to live with it. So, be careful!
3) This was an Open Box therefore I got a discount.
The case looks good on the phone.
