Where's the grip?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have been using Speck Grip Cases, both CandyShell and Predidio, for years. I recently purchsed a new phone and grabbed one of these to protect it. To my surprise, the rubber ribs that aid with both holding the phone in your hand as well as preventing it from sliding on slick surfaces, are no longer being used. Now it is just a hard plastic case with some grovved cut in to it. Will be returning.

Decent Protection with a Good Look at a Cost

The main problem with this case is that from the front it protrudes just enough to interfere with gesture navigation. Not so much when swiping from the sides but when swapping between recent apps from the bottom of the phone it makes the touch hit or miss.

cheaply made - losing color and pealing
