I left my iPhone on my work desk, accidentally got small red pen marks and sharpie mark on the case, haven't been able to remove them.

Posted .Hi Marina, We recommend using a damp eyeglass-quality cleaning cloth first.
If that doesn’t remove all the dirt and/or fingerprints, then please remove the case and wash it with mild dish soap and water then air dry thoroughly. Do not use cleaners or solvents! You can try a Q-tip with rubbing alcohol. If that does not work, then try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
