The edge of the case around the camera lens is recessed on the bottom edge so that the lenses stick out beyond the case on that edge leaving them unprotected

This case would be so amazing if it weren’t an ABSOLUTE FINGERPRINT MAGNET. I really wanted to use this case. The buttons are amazing. The protection is amazing. The physical design is good looking. But all of this is ruined by the material used which leaves fingerprints if you even look at the case lol I’m so mad about it and I can’t recommend this case because of it
Hi Porterhouse, we appreciate your feedback! We’re glad to hear you liked the design, protection, and buttons, but we understand your concern about fingerprints. We’ll make sure to share your comments with our team. If there’s anything we can assist with, feel free to reach out to our support team at https://support.speckproducts.com.

Not a Good Redesign

Speck redesigned the Presidio case for the iPhone 16 and they should have left the prior great design alone. The new case does not have the same amount of grip ridges on the sides where your fingers come in contact with the sides. Also, for some reason the designers made the raised lip on the rear of the case that surrounds the camera lenses and light only three-sided - it does not completely surround the camera lenses/light as on previous cases. So, if you lay the case on a flat surface, the lowest of the three lenses can actually contact the surface on which the phone is laying. Also, this means that something can strike the lowest camera lens if the phone lands or is struck at just the right angle from the rear and downward angle. Speck needs to modify its new case so the ridge completely surrounds and protects the lenses/light.
James, Thank you for your feedback. With the new size of iPhone 16 pro, we did have to modify our camera bezel to fit a variety of Magsafe accessories. We try to accommodate as many features available as we can. Our customer care team can answer and further questions of concerns. Feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Slippery and not good at absorbing falls.

The case is okay, it doesnt really absorb the impact very well and i would recommend the Drop+ Phone Case or a Zagg case instead for security. Hard plastic and can be very slippery in hands causing more drops.

Had a speck case for my previous iphone and having the clicklock case just makes it better. I also bought the holder attachment and the mini wallet attachment,

Beware - Speck has changed the material used to make this case. It was previously rubber and gripped like crazy (would not move if placed on a smooth tabletop). Now it's made from plastic and is not grippy at all. They should not have the work "Grip" in the cases's title! Very disappointed - I returned it.
Hi MarieE, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We get how important a true grippy feel can be, especially for a case designed with that in mind. Your feedback really helps highlight what matters most to customers, and we appreciate you sharing it.

This item had a button that didn’t work after waiting weeks for it. I took it back to the store. He tried the button but it didn’t work for him. He ordered another. It said it delivered to me in Iowa but actually went CA. Never again
Robin, We would like to know more about this issue. If Speck can help in anyway, please reach out to our customer care team at [email protected].

This case looks nice but it won't stay straight on your shoulder if you need to use two hands. It looks like it would be great, but it doesn't follow through.
