I have 2 of these cases for iPads and they offer adequate protection, are slim, and lightweight.

In short, this is an excellent case for you ipad. I was quite impressed on the fit and finish after installing the case. The tolerances are tight, allowing no slop in fitment while seated in the case. The ipad is cradled in reinforced plastic that surrounds the corners of the ipad. This also gives the ipad protection against casual drops and falls. This is not a replacement for an otterbox but it will hold up well. The quality of the exterior skin (leather like) has held up beautifully over the last two years. The only con I found was if you want to remove from case. As I use this for a drone controller screen occasionally, I have found it difficult to keep removing the ipad. I have broke the thin plastic that covers over the volume control from repeated removals. Though I don't think most people would be removing the ipad as much as I have done.

It does what is says it is going to do. Protects the tablet, doubles as a viewing stand as well

After opening my brand new iPad mini I realized, one drop and this thing will shatter to pieces. That’s when I decided to run to Best Buy and hope to find a case to store my iPad in. As I arrived, I was looking around and most of the cases were expensive or ugly. Finally I found this one, it was by far the best in appearance, and most importantly economic. Overall, great product would definitely purchase again.

This cover has been great for my iPad mini by protecting it from falls and providing easy ways to hold the screen up for viewing. It’s elegant design is beautiful and the cover is still small enough to tuck the iPad mini into my purse of backpack.
