Bought this for my wife to protect her new iPad Air 3. Durable case with even the sides covered so if the kids drop it it won’t get knicked. It also can be made into a stand for viewing or typing. The only thing it’s missing is a magnet in the cover to put the iPad in sleep mode when it’s closed. But for the money it’s totally worth it.

When I bought my Mini 4 at Best Buy a young lady waited on me. She was very helpful. I asked about a case for my IPad Mini 4. I was interested in a Otter case. She suggested the Speck case. She says it is smaller plus lighter. She was right. It was also a lot less in price. I really like it a lot. Has a lot of different viewing angles. Works great. Thanks to the sales person.

this cover provides good protection, is lightweight and props up the iPad when needed. I did buy a keyboard but it's heavy and I switch to this when I'm carrying it around and won't be doing a lot of writing.

Purchased this for a kids iPad, and it works for that. Provides a decent amount of protection and adds some color/style to it as well. Not thrilled with the latch closure, but the kids don't seem to mind it, and it does keep the lid closed so the screen stays off. Overall a decent product. You are paying a bit for the name, it definitely could be cheaper.

This wasn’t the case I originally intended to buy. Since I didn’t have time to find the case I really wanted and this Speck was offered at a special price when purchased with the iPad mini 4 I decided to use this until I can find the type of case I had in mind. It was also available in black which I would have picked anyway. I’m finding that this case is actually very usable. It’s sufficiently protective and the inside of the cover is soft so the screen doesn’t get scratched. It didn’t need to be purchased separately like some iPad covers. The case does add weight and bulk and makes it heavy when you have to hold the iPad when no table is available. But the case is handy because it has a stand built into the foldable cover when you use it on a table/desk.
