it gets too too hot u cant keep it on your lap or even hold it, have to restart frequently as it gets slow, average performance, battery life is 1/2 of what hp claims, both the rubber strips under the laptop are out because of the heat, the fan should be on the side and not under the laptop. looks are great, 4k screen is great, that's about it. wish i could return and buy something that does not get soo hot

This purchase came only after a great deal of comparison shopping over an extended period. I wanted an ultraslim, ultralight, ultrapowerful laptop with a fast processor, great display, plenty of SSD storage space, a solid keyboard, and a brand name I could trust. The Spectre 2-in-1 fit the bill on all counts, and now after a few solid weeks of settling in and getting used to it, I have to say it has worked out magnificently. I am definitely enjoying the boost in both power and speed over the 8-year-old machine this has replaced. And with the addition of a USB-C hub that provides 3 extra USB-2 slots, additional SD and micro SD card readers, and above all an HDMI port, I have been able to hook seamlessly into a projection system for meetings and teleconferences. True plug-and-play, which has not always been my experience with such interfaces. What's more, the three BestBuy salesmen who advised me at different moments during the shopping process were all genuinely helpful and not pushy in the slightest. I ended up placing the order online, and when there was a glitch over the large purchase on my credit card, the customer service rep that I spoke to was also most courteous and efficient. It all comes highly recommended.

The ideal laptop for most any use especially for those on the go as it is light and easy to handle. It is very fast & has excellent graphics

The quality of this laptop is phenomenal. My only complaint is that writing on the tablet is difficult and does not seem to be calibrated. I also would not recommend this computer but then again, no beginner would purchase a 1400+ computer. The picture is in beautiful 4K. The colors are extremely violent. The battery life is flawless. I do not recommend storing the laptop in its case before shutting it off as I have realized it dies quicker, possibly due to it getting hot do to the lack of ventilation.

This computer is super fast and capable. Love watching the HD you tube. Sometimes it gets hot and a little loud but it’s still awesome.

As always, great product bought at Best Buy. This computer is very light. It has a lot of power. The video is the best out there. Having a solid state drive is a game breaker. I was worried about the system not having full usb's but the mini usb works good because there is a component I bought to go with it that has several usb ports and an HDMI port. I like the ability to flip the monitor and see the screen from the other side. I was originally looking at a new IPad pro, but like the functionality of this better.

I love my new lap top! It was super easy to set-up, it is quick and fast, it also has FACE Recognition, which I did not realize it had. I use it for mostly school work and personal use, sometimes work related. It is super light as well, great for a college student and full-time working parent on the go! It is expensive, but I wanted to spend my money on something with great qualities, that is light and a fast operating system. I also prefer a PC over a MAC, I feel PC's are more user friendly.

Been beaten on a Pentium for the last 7 years. This thing screams and it's as light as a feather. Spendy but worth it.

Solid 2-1 laptop when I purchased it. It’s had no issues for handling daily tasks and some light programming. For gaming, I have had this connected to a gigabyte gtx 1080 egpu and had no problems running games. It can get pretty hot when doing this though so probably not something you want to do often. I’d say though with the new chips out, its probably a good idea to look for the newer model of this.

This is one of the best laptops! I love the slim lines and colors. It is super lightweight and has a sharp screen.

I've been using this laptop for a few months now, and I absolutely love it. I am a web developer, and consistently have multiple applications open at once requiring a large amount of resources on the computer. This little laptop doesn't lag up or drag. It's very responsive, starts up quick and I can to do my work without any interference. The display is beautiful! This is my first touch screen / 2-in-1 laptop, and honestly, it has replaced my iPad as my primary portable device.

After having my MacBook Pro stolen I was originally going to replace it with a newer MacBook Pro. Once at the store to get the new mac out the door was going to cost me $2200 and it had less ram and memory than the one that was stolen that was 5 years old. So I took a chance with the Spectre 360 and I am so glad I did. This laptop does everything a mac can and a lot more. I love windows 10 and can now say that I like my windows better than apple.
