I purchased this laptop for my granddaughter. She will be able to use it for high school. It works great and is super fast!

Great design. Solid case. Touch screen and ability to completely fold over is very useful for notes and reading text books.

Absolutely love this laptop. Keyboard is easy to type on. No sticky keys. The privacy screen is great. Very responsive.

This laptop runs very hot!! Even when I’m doing nothing more than checking email or browsing the web it gets almost too hot to touch- up to 118F on the vent below the screen. It has a solid state drive so I assumed it would not have to heat up as much- wrong! Also the touchscreen was disabled when I got it- though that was easily fixed.

Nice laptop., price is high compared to 4k laptops. Can be low so that customer will buy it for a decent price

The laptop is good for what it is intended to do. Compact, lightweight, userfriendly

I should have looked a bit closer, as this machine does not come with an optical drive. Nevertheless, it has been very useful and the speed of the 16 gb of ram is very nice. Graphics have been easy and quick to work with, and writing has been very easy. I've only had it in my hot little hands for a month, though, so I may update the review at a later date. All in all so far a great machine.

Bought it for my daughter. It is very fast with all the specs. She is very happy with the boot time.

This was for my son's school. that was the correct price point and will take him through Grad school

Had it since 2018 and enjoyed using it. When I first purchased it and set it up, I noticed that it was really warm. I then discovered that the machine overheats. However, that went away over time...until last night when I turned on my screen and was shocked to see a black screen saying : The system has detected a cooling fan is not operating correctly. Continued operation is not recommended and may cause unpredictable behavior that could result in random shutdown, data loss or possible system damage. Yikes. I expected that I would be using this laptop for more than 5 years

Great laptop east to use and very fast has everything you need

I would highly recommend this device to anyone that would like to purchase a laptop or a 2 in 1. It makes a great tablet while being able to use it like a laptop. It has plenty of computing power for normal day to day things. My Nephew was purchased this device for schooling but this is the second one for the family already. I will purchase one for me in the future too.
