Purchased for doing work on the go. It’s pqerful enough to run multiple adobe programs at once and not lag . It also starts up in less than 20 seconds . Great buy

I got my HP Spectre after shattering my Surface Pro 3 and was worried about switching types of computers but this is the best fit for me i have a tablet and laptop and one and love having the touch screen

This computer is basically used for internet browsing, photos and a few documents. So far it is performing as expected. My hopes are it will last longer than my last spectre- after having a tech look at it and discovering there is a known problem with them, I might have looked at a different brand. Hopefully HP has addressed the issue. (It was a blown capacitor)

I preferred this laptop as it was very light in weight, and beautiful Dark Ash finish. The price was not to high and it had better configurations.

This was an absolutely gorgeous laptop. Lightweight. Great multitasking. Display was gorgeous. However, coming from a Surface Pro previously, I could not deal with the fan noise on this laptop. It don't know if it was really loud, or if I just got used to not having any fan noise at all. I exchanged for a Dell XPS 13 2 n 1 at the recommendation of the Best Buy expert. I give four stars because the fan noise is a personal issue, otherwise a great laptop.

This is everything I dreamed for. Windows "Hello" signs me in in a second. The look and build are solid for such a thin, lightweight laptop. The screen brightness does not hurt my eyes. The system is very fast. The touch screen is very responsive, the keyboard feels great. The only thing I would say I'm not 100% happy with is the way the mousepad feels upon clicking it... a very small issue. There's nothing wrong with it, I just personally don't like it. Also, one single incident got me worried. I've had it for two months, and only once has the fan started up, pretty loud since it's usually completely silent, and it sounded like the fan was working very hard. So I let it sleep. That happened at the end of two months, just recently, and it hasn't happened again. So, time will tell how the system holds up. Overall, it is a great purchase and I absolutely love it.

This is an amazing laptop, it’s fast and very light. The Windows ink feature works wonderfully and is very helpful when looking at documents. By far the best laptop I’ve ever owned and it’s the perfect laptop for a new college student. The only issue I noticed with it is that it gets a little warm when you’re running multiple programs at once.

This laptop is everything HP. From the build material to the performance, and bloatware. If you like an HP laptop this is the one.

Portable and great for multi use. The graphics and visibility on the screen are top of the line. Touchpad can be a little touchy.

I read the reviews for this lap top and dell. Went to Best Buy to look at them. Chose this one - it was a great price and has touch screen. I wasn’t in the market for touch screen. Once I tried it I was hooked! Best thing ever. If you occasionally use an iPad or any touch screen device a touch screen lap top is a must. I strongly recommend it!

Beautiful laptop, very high build quality, simple installation. Superseded by a newer model with Kaby Lake Refresh CPU (quad core).

Light wright fast and latest technology, easy to use

I have had this computer for 5 years now. The helpful Best Buy salesman recommended it. The solid state drive makes this an incredible computer. I always had to buy a new computer every 2-3 years previously. No problems, and not planning on getting a new one anytime soon.

So much better than my previous laptop! It is MUCH quicker, does not make noise because there is no fan, and is portable, since it weighs only a couple of pounds and turns on instantly with face recognition. which is also a security plus. I am not yet familiar with all its features, having just bought it. In the future, I may give it an excellent rating but so far so good
