I went back and forth between getting a desktop vs a laptop. Ultimately, I settled on this HP Spectre. The size and weight is perfect for traveling and carrying it around. I use it for online classes, watching movies, light photo editing, checking emails, internet, etc. I haven’t used it to its full functionality, but for now, I’m satisfied. Prior to buying, I did read a lot of reviews about the fan being loud, and the system overheating quickly. I use this a lot in cafes, so the fan doesn’t bother me. I also only use it a few hours at a time, so I have never personally experienced the overheating problem. I do think it was a little expensive, but went with it anyway over other brands because of the style, the touch screen, the ability to fold like a tablet, and it comes with a pen and case.

This laptop suprised me when i first opened it. The design is very sleek and minimal. The weight is very light. The screen is very bright and pictures are crisp. Has a good speaker and can be loud. Highly recommend this product.

I had my list of requirements before I started shopping. This computer fulfilled most of them. The one thing it lacked was a 1 TB SSD. I settled for 256 GB SSD and purchased an external 1 TB SSD that I will almost always have connected to the computer. It's sort of inconvenient to have the playing-card-packet-size device always dangling, but I'll put up with that minor inconvenience. I like how thin and light this computer is, and how powerful (8 GB RAM, i7 processor). And I like the three USB ports (although I reserve one of the USB-C ports for charging). I connected a mini-dock and a USB hub through the USB-A port to get enough connections for printers, iPhone, scanner, large display, real keyboard, and real mouse. Works just fine.

I am a writer and a long-time laptop user, I have had HP in the past, but my last computer was a Surface Pro 2. Although I liked the Surface for many reasons . . . it was too small and next to impossible to get it repaired or get help, short of sending it to the manufacturer. I purchased HP Spectre 360 - 13 because I needed a laptop that was very portable, small and easy to carry so that i could work when i travel. The Spectre does not have the deficiencies I found with my previous computer and I can easily get it repaired if necessary. I spend a lot of time doing research and writing on my computer and so far, it is easier to use and I could not be happier with my decision to purchase the Spectre.

I use this laptop everyday in class and the battery lasts all day without charging. It acts like a notebook for me while taking notes with the stylus pen in tablet mode so that’s the reason why I’m in love with this laptop. BUT... The color is suppose to be dark ash silver and it has this purple tone which bothers me a bit just because I prefer a neutral color. Only one USB port.. gets kind of inconvenient when I’m using my wireless mouse and wanting to plug in my flash drive at the same time. Understandable since it’s a thinner laptop and it’s light weight so other than that still very satisfied with my purchase. I’m giving it 5 stars cause now I can’t live without it. Haha

I purchased my computer at the beginning of this year and it has been great! I wasn't a fan of the new Windows so I was a bit hesitant to purchase another laptop with Windows; however, my old laptop was an HP and it lasted a good solid 7 years! So, after doing research and reading reviews I decided to stick with HP. I mainly use it for school and internet research, with the occasional Netflix movies and TV series. It's lightweight and portable; the battery life is great (though I haven't really tested how long it will last on a full charge); it's quiet; and it starts up really quick. I really don't have any complaints about this computer. It was a solid buy for me.

Bought it during Black Friday. Wasn't going in for laptop but it caught my eye. Good price and beautiful design. Fan can be a bit loud. Battery lasts a while.

I wanted a lightweight laptop yet still needed it to perform for my business. The HP Spectre 360 is perfect. Very light and does everything I want.

I was skeptical getting into this laptop, but I absolutely love it....minus the fact that when you flip it to the tablet mode, the keyboard is on the back rather the tucked in. aside from that, its a great computer and I'm glad I got this.

I received the computer with a page of instruction regarding the pen but no pen. Best buy when informed (Mari Mgr.) that their experts said that model does not come with a pen. If you look at the picture of the laptop on this form you will see the pen lying at the bottom of the computer. My daughter has the exact model and when showing me the things that the pen can do I decided on the same model as her. HP said because I did not purchase from them directly there was nothing they can do but added that I am not the first to complain that there were several others who purchased from best buy and found no pen. Please answer my review and see if there is anything that can be done about sending me a pen. Mari said if I came in I could get a refund or she will give me a $2.00 bamboo pen.
