This is the 2nd Spectre laptop I bought in the last 30 days and both times that headphone jack did not work properly. Prior to trying the Spectre, I had two ASUS laptops that overheated. I'll have to exchange this laptop for another one. I will now be on my 5th laptop in 60 days from Best Buy. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of electronics these days. Nothing works and everything is made cheap.

Laptop is pretty much what was expected - fast enough, easy to use. Using as tablet a little disappointing. Clumsiness using touch screen caused us to connect mouse/trackball instead. Also, could not use included pen effectively - did not work consistently.

I had reviewed The Surface book book pro, Macbook Pro, and this one. I am 100% satisfied in my choice, and I bought this one on black friday so i saved $200.00

Although I have only had this laptop for a week it has been working great. Was easy to set up and is very thing and lightweight.

Light weight, quick start up and easy to use. Love the different capabilities it has from laptop mode to tablet mode to tent mode, the use of a pen when needed and access to the app store. By far the best feature is how quiet it is and the fact it doesn't get vary hot; plus it has plenty of storage for all my photos and videos.

Very convenient and versatile. Great for work and entertainment. I like how the pen is incorporated with the technology.

So my first computer was a hand-me-down, and this is my first laptop purchased on my own. I’m a Senior in college so wanted reliability, speed, and memory. First thing that went wrong within the first 3 days was the touch screen. I noticed every once in a while the mouse would get stuck in the top right corner and everytime I moved it, it would jump right back to it. Weird glitches, SMH. It still does that. That’s the worst and only thing I’ve experienced. Glitches. One time (when I first got it, Day 2) half the screen went dark, then started shaking, went fully black then turned back on full screen. I’m taking it to Geek Squad soon, just haven’t had time because of school and work. It’s the only major inconvenience but I DO love it overall besides that issue. Super light weight, fast, I use my flash drive to save files so I’m saving memory and it doesn’t over heat.

Solid state drive starts quickly. Small, thin, lightweight very portable. Like the windows ink for doing demonstrations.

Perfect laptop for the size and specifications. And the face reconigtion is really awesome. And I love the HP
