Bought the 13" version of this in silver for work last year and love its performance and capabilities so much my wife and I went back to Best Buy to look at this model as a replacement for an aging all-in-one desktop computer. Great decision, especially since my wife zeroed in on it due to the way it looks: ash with rose gold edges. I like it because of the SSD, its speed, the 4K Ultra HD screen, etc. Purchasing the computer was effortless, as the agents at Best Buy at the Avenues in Jacksonville were great, taking the time to engage me in answering my questions. Couldn't be happier. HIghly recommended!

I love the look of this device! Then, there is the specifications which are years ahead of its time with the 4k resolution screen/the touch screen which I wasn't sure I'd use much but it is so handy the just use a finger to scroll the screen or enlarge things! / The backlit keyboard makes it look so luxurious at night with the gold and ash colors of the device/ the huge amount of storage with an SSD type storage which is so much more secure/ the finger print reader/ how quite the fans are when in use, whisper!/it is so fast!/being able to use it like a tablet is fascinating and it does it seamlessly-beautiful device! The only thing missing, for me was that it is not as light as I had hoped but with everything it brings I have not been disappointed at all!

This is a 2:1 laptop /touch screen tablet. It's processor i7 is fast and efficient. 4 K pictures are crisp , clear and beautiful. This is a quiet laptop with very little fan noise. Battery lasts all day with regular work load. Bang and Olufsen speakers are exceptional. Great laptop to watch movies. Now for a FEW small irritants: The mouse pad occasionally misdirects to wrong space which is irritating when typing documents. This laptop is a little heavy. beautifully packaged, nice leather cover for laptop.

Out of the box I found that the fan was running a lot. The laptop would run hot. When it was plugged in the fan was on around %80 of the time. I did some research on this and found a solution. I was able to tweak the power settings and the fan barely comes on now. If I am pushing the machine it will come on and that is understandable (the fan isn't that loud) but before making the tweaks it was always on even in sleep mode. I am not sure if the fan problem was faulty hardware or software or that is how it is meant to be. I really thought about returning my laptop but after tweaking the settings I am very happy with the laptop. The battery is great and the screen is amazing. I would definitely recommend this laptop.

I'm not extremely knowledgeable about tech things so I'm not getting into specs. I needed a new laptop for light graphic design and office use. Also for travel, movies and normal web use. This laptop is absolutely amazing and the screen is top notch. It runs so flawlessly and quietly. It's probably more than what I needed but I saved up and am glad I splurged. Five stars, totally recommend.

It had been about 6 years since my last purchase, so who would not be impressed with the speed and everything working unlike the old computer. Quiet, long battery life, quick charging, back lit key board and touch screen...which I will have to get use to again since the old computer touch quite working. haven't tried it as a tablet yet...here it is more rugged than old computer.

I love the look and feel of the new HP Spectre. It is fast and It definitely has not let me down. I owned an older model and only reason for the new purchase was a cracked screen. This is the only negative. The cost of a new touch is almost the same price as a new laptop. Insurance is mandatory.

This laptop performs excellent. Easy setup and ease of use with the touchscreen and backlit key board option. I would recommend this laptop for its performance and long battery life to those who work both from home and work due to the large storage and long battery life. The 4K UHD screen is amazing for watching videos and looking a pictures. Great product!

I have purchased over 15 laptops and this by far the best one yet... It's fast...powerful...and beautiful. Filled with features and all this for a great price. Thanx best buy associates for answering my questions and leading me to the HP Spectre 360 15 inch... I like it so well that I am going to also buy the 360 folio.

I can't think of a thing I would add or change about this computer. To me, it is perfect in every way. Making this a tablet by simply rotating the screen will probably be useful to me, but I haven't yet used it this way. Having the touch screen is also potentially useful to me but I haven't been doing that much. Everything else has been great. The weight. The fingerprint access. Battery life. The keyboard with numeric keypad, and backlit. The speed and performance. The 3 USB ports, one being a standard and 2 being USB-C with one of them Thunderbolt. No hard drive to deal with. And the exceptional 4K display. Everything is great! I'm sure I could list many more benefits, but this review would become too long. I have always strived to get the best laptop computer I could. This one really hits it out of the park. You can't go wrong.

All I can say is the design of this laptop is remarkable, performance is excellent having a 4k display makes my pictures look amazing. My only complaint is when you put on tablet mode the key board is exposed so I'm constantly hitting buttons it doesn't affect it because is on tablet mode but having the key board rubbing on stuff I dont like..overall excellent! laptop pricey but worth it.

This is my second Flio, my first was the 13" version with a SSD. I abused this system as it was my travel laptop. It held up like a champ. When looking at a new laptop I had many options. I was torn between a Surface and this unit. The deciding factor was two fold. First a larger screen and 10 key. This is a big deal for me as I work a lot with numbers. Second was ability to use it as a tablet. I was a little apprehensive about how I would like it in tablet mode. I am very happy after a month of use. It is heavier than I expected but it also feel very good in your hands like it is robust. I did change the default screen resolution for work but flip it back for movies etc. The display is brilliant, but can also have a glare so be aware. Anti-glare screen protector takes care of it. Oh on battery life.. One of my favorite things about my old Folio, I would outlast all in meetings / trips. This is even better. Very happy with purchase and on sale its a tremendous value for the hardware. Just ditch the home OS and put pro or enterprise on it.

I never buy myself anything.. So this was a gift to myself. I fraaaakkkinng love it!! It is so sexy!! Runs smooth and I haven't even used it yet to its full potential. I cannot wait.

The laptop is perfect for either office or home use. I keep it at one location more than the other. It's to heavy to travel with. I took it on my international flight and it was so bulky. It has a sharp crisp screen and look to it. I love the how fast processor.

Very easy to use. Great speed, touch is easily responsive & easily switches back and forth from a tablet and laptop. The color is so awesome and unique. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and the pricing! Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional machine. Integrates easily with all of my peripherals. Keys are responsive and have a good bounce feel to them. Battery life so far lasts for my entire work day. Only drawback is the overall weight. But if you are looking for a top laptop to meet your business needs, this machine will exceed your expectations.

Outstanding computer. The size makes it easy to carry around while the performance means you don't have to leave capabilities behind. The design keeps it from looking like every other laptop out there.

Superb laptop all around. Yes, it can be a tablet, etc. as well, but as a laptop it is perhaps the best value at the high end of the consumer market. Much better value than the competing Mac (where you'll spend at least 40% more for the same specs). Touchscreen/pen/etc. all work brilliantly. Note that this is a review written after two years of constant use. I'm currently finishing my dissertation on this laptop as well. Thunderbolt capability is a nice touch. Just ordered some goodies to increase the amount of RAM and upgrade/upsize the NVMe drive, but that's only because I also use it to record/mix music when not working. Buy with confidence. This is the Cadillac of HP's line of laptops.

Love this laptop! Sleek design and very pleasing to the eyes. The face recognition makes me laugh every time. Performance is so much faster than my other laptop.
