I love this laptop but it starts overheating easily. If I FaceTime and have two other tabs open it freaks out and starts glitching. I’ve had it for a little under a year now and that’s the only complaint I have. I bought this laptop for college and it’s really nice. It does it’s job well and has a lot of storage. I do wish I go the smaller screen though. The 15 inch can be pretty heavy in my backpack.

I purchased this for work and I really like it. It took me a little bit to get used to finding the screens I had minimized and some of the other navigation, but it is actually pretty easy. The display is bright & clear, the touch screen & touch mouse pad are very responsive, and it boots up quickly. Very pleased with this purchase.

What I noticed immediately was the stylish design, what surprised me was what was inside. Let's just admit that unless we are just thinking our laptop is for function not an accent to my home, we are not allowing ourselves to be excited to walk into our offices. I buy a car with design, I buy a washing machine for it's design....why not a laptop.

Great computer. My old computer actually got ruined by Best Buy Geek Squad, so based on the Geek Squad Protection Plan that I had, they had to give me a $1,700 gift card (value of my old computer). With that gift card, I purchased this computer for $1,450 (on sale) and I've been very happy. For all that it's got in terms of memory, etc. it's lightweight, sleek looking (love the copper edging), and has the full number keypad on the side (a must have for me). The only thing I don't LOVE is the charging cord, it looks like it was designed to have to be replaced. It's also a bit short, but other than that no complaints!

The HP-Spectre 360 2-in-1 fits my business needs perfectly. Easy to use, lightweight, fast, long-lasting battery. Loaded (by me) with MS 365, I don't need anything else. A little on the pricey side. Replaces 2 Lenovos which only lasted 2 1/2 years each so hoping this one will have more durability and reliability.

I chose the HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 laptop, after a thorough comparison of technical specs with other laptops in its category. It delivers the functionalities that I am looking for both for professional use as well as for entertainment purposes. Plus, it has a stunning look that makes it stand out among its peers.

I haven't had this computer very long, but it has already made a big difference in my everyday student life. I have already downloaded all of my programs used in my engineering degree, and it is as fast as the day I got it. I would recommend for any student required to use many different computer programs.

This is a very nice laptop. Fairly lightweight for the features it packs in. Only complaint is the fingerprint scanner almost always tell me it can t read my fingerprint. Try another finger. Then it works with the original finger. Kind of irritating. Nice backlit keyboard, awesome display, fast processing. The color of the chassis is nice and not the same old black or silver.

I purchased this computer for my son for his first year of college and he couldn’t have been happier with how amazing this computer really is! I am going to purchase a second one for myself!

We bought this because my wifes computer kept crashing while she was trying to work. I realized the RAM speed was way too low for her applications and picture storage. This computer, along with the processor, solved all of that. Plus it is much lighter for when we travel.

Overall, I am happy with this purchase. I note that the fingerprint reader can be tempermental at times. Also, will have to be restarted after being in sleep mode if not attached to the charger. Clear and bright screen resolution makes it easy to read. Wish it had at leat 2 more USB ports.

Excellent laptop at a GREAT price. The laptop served my every need for 2 years, but alas, could not survive a drop from about 2.5 feet. The only problem I had with it during the two years was the screen became detached from the screen frame. Turned out to be a difficult, but successful, fix at a local shop.

Ive only owned 3 laptops previously before this one, they were all terrible. One thing they all had in common was a slow processor, it was so frustrating. Later on i had to get better processors with more gb and gaming processors since i got into gaming. I was looking for decent storage and it has to be fast, can take some hard grapfics gaming....and this was the one! iv never really been into the gaming laptop look, i love this spectre look, it has nvidia geforce processor and it takes on overwatch, world war z, etc. and it turns on super fast! also thanks to the ssd , FORGET hdd. the x360 and touch was always something i wanted but couldnt really get from a gaming laptop sooo i got to say, this laptop basically has everything i want. It does heat up a lot with specific games like overwatch but it has never turned off over overheating like my previous hp omen gaming laptop! hope this one last me for awhile especially because of the price.

The first thing I noticed were the strong metal hinges since my previous laptop had plastic hinges and one broke, then the other one broke as well. Then of course the great looking screen and of course along with that the touch screen. My last response is the lighted keyboard.

I've had this HP Spectre for a couple of weeks now and it is excellent! The 4k display is amazing, the performance is fantastic, and the external hardware and finish seem durable. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend this much on a laptop, but it was well worth the money!

I probably got a faulty device since it was refurbished. The bottom would get hot very quickly and the fans were always on, but otherwise the laptop worked great and looked great. I still ended up returning it. The people at the services desk were so helpful, returning the costs and helping me look for a different better laptop for my purposes.

Got this for my wife to upgrade her laptop. Her condition was that it had to be a 2 in 1. She has absolutely loved this laptop so far! Coming from someone who used to hate HP, I am thoroughly impressed. She has had it for 6 months and going strong! Highly recommended.
