The laptop has been excellent except for a couple issues I have had with it.
Firstly, the touchpad. This laptop does have a precision touchpad, however it is made drastically worse by the synaptics drivers installed over the top of it making it no longer a precision touchpad. You can resolve this by removing the synaptics drivers from the touchpad and allowing microsoft generic drivers to install, however you have to make a change to your registry to stop it from automatically installing the synaptics drivers as an update back over the generic driver.
Secondly, and this won't be a problem for most, I have found it essentially impossible to dual boot a Linux based OS on this laptop (I have not tried totally replacing windows and have no intention to) as the laptop does not seem to be willing to load into the GRUB bootloader (whether or not secureboot or TPM are enabled, or even by an attempt to directly boot the grubx64 EFI file)
Besides these two issues, the first being easily resolvable, the laptop has been otherwise excellent. There have been only minor other issues like sporadic (yet rare) bluetooth connectivity issues and the positioning of the USB-C port on the angled edge I feel is a poor choice as any plug of any decent size will prevent the laptop from flipping into tablet mode or back.

The Spectre is a great computer and the size is excellent. The 4K display is very noticeable as it is great quality. The machine does heat up a bit more than you'd expect, but it still performs as expected. I am watching as at the beginning there was a vertical line on the display, but that seems to come and go.

This HP laptop is not the top of the line, but it is really nice for the price. I have never had a touch screen, and this one is easy to use. I haven't had to use a mouse at all with the computer. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced laptop that they wish to keep for a few years.

Everything the PC does and all the great performance specs are worth the price! Only thing I did not realize was that it only has one USB port so while I’m using the wireless Bluetooth HP mouse I cannot plug in any device via USB port.

It looks very nice. I like the back lit.
Downside is not all features that I thought were standard for all laptops. Very disappointed. I should have looked more closely. It has only one USB port, no SD card port, nothing where you can put a cd in.
Now I have to look for an adapter for all those devices or exchange this laptop to get one that has all the features I want.

I absolutely love this laptop. It includes a little for everyone. The needs of my school work as well as my hobby of drawing are met. Tablet mode makes that so much easier and accessible. Not to mention this laptop is definitely a looker. Very sleek and modern. Would definitely recommend.

I hadn't bought a new computer in 10 years until now. Everything about this computer is great. It's versatile and easy to use. I am still learning some of it's features and getting used to Windows 10. It's powerful and quick. I would recommend this and you get what you pay for.

I was afraid to buy this at first because I was afraid it would just be a glorified tablet. Nope, it is a fully functioning laptop plus the added functions of a tablet. The touch screen makes it much more user friendly than a regular laptop. It's the best of both.

I wanted a laptop with all the bells and whistles so it would be serviceable for a longer time. This has it all - super speedy, functions as a laptop or tablet, touch screen. And I like the unique styling and colors. It’s a standout from beginning to end.

This is a lightweight, but full featured laptop that has a clear 15" screen size and a 10 key pad. Very good keyboard feel and the 2-in-1 feature are good for note taking. Very sturdy and the battery life has been excellent. A bit pricey but hopefully it will last 3 years.

This is by far one of the best computers every purchased. The screen is crystal clear and the touch screen is great. It is very fast and has plenty of storage. It was a better value than the macPro and has more features than the macpro.

This laptop has great speed and memory! Had it for almost 2 months and have been very happy with it. Only issue I have had is that the fingerprint scanner you use to unlock is a little finicky. Haven’t tried the facial recognition though so not sure how it works.

We purchased this computer for our daughter's college use in an engineering program, per the specs given by the college. She likes it a lot, especially the touch screen and ability to us it for note taking. It is lightweight and can be carried easily in a backpack.

I’m under no illusion that computers are reliable, however so far this laptop has been just fine. The screen is a little more reflective that’s i wanted but I understand that it may be unavoidable if you want clarity. It is fast and responsive which makes life easier when getting tasks done.

Have always spent between $600-$700 for a laptop. In the past 45 yrs. I have always had H.Ps. Decided to spend a little more this time, so purchased another H.P., more than double what I generally do, but it is worth the money.
