I dont buy computers that are new on the market. I like to wait a year to see if theres any long term problems. But best buy did a great job selling this computer partly because this computer can sell itself. Its fast, responsive, and has decent battery life ( I've been getting around ih n 8 to 6 hour so far with internet, movies and some programs).

The display sharpness and brightness is what initially drew us to this laptop, but the keyboard is also wonderful, and the technical performance is top notch. It's very fast! And, when you flip the display over and turn it into a drawing tablet it's so much fun. We're just exploring drawing with the magic pen! Love this great piece of gear.

I am going to school online and most of my books are in e-text, so I needed something light that I could use as a laptop and a tablet. I love that this is so light and I can read in bed. The battery is long lasting of about 7 hrs. or so of continuous use. One of the features that I just tried for the first time, was sharing my screen on my SmartTV. I do a lot of work on spreadsheets with numbers, so a big screen is very helpful. Another great feature is the touch feature. This is so nice when I'm reading. I can shrink multiple screens and maximize text. I can use all of the features of a laptop in tablet mode. The only thing that cannot be used when in tablet mode is the usb port. That being said, there is only 1 USB port, but I found an adapter that allows me to connect up to 4 USB connections if needed. It's light and sleek and yes the price is more than what I was planning on spending, but it was definitely worth it.

First off display is beautiful. 4k screen is great. Device has good specs for what it is. Plenty fast with the ssd and 16 gb ram. Lower end i7 won't blow you away but handles multi tasking fine. Able to watch you tube and edit documents and photos at same time with zero lag. Graphics card won't blow you away either. Very minimal. But better than baked in Intel graphics. Overall a good laptop for someone wanting a sturdy device that can keep up with you.

Bought this laptop because of the ability to draw on screen. I would say that the pen that comes with the computer doesn’t work all that well and sometimes cuts out while I’m drawing and makes little spots but other that that I love it! Everything comes up so crisp and clear on the screen.

This is the 5th HP laptop to join our family. I researched for 6 months and finally decided to go FROM a 14 inch HP Pavilion dm4 laptop (which is still going strong after 7 years) TO this 15" HP Spectre. The screen seems much larger since it displays edge to edge. I love the pen and touch screen, and It responds instantly to both. It's thin and lighter than my old smaller laptop. I definitely wanted the SSD drive and the i7 8th gen chip and this laptop has it all. I couldn't be happier. There's practically no bloatware. I started it up and downloaded all the updates. It's run smooth with no over heating as some have mentioned about the 13'. The battery life is noticeably longer since this is a 6 cell . The screen is so clear and crisp, I can now see how much I've been missing. And the color is incredible. I highly recommend the HP Spectre 15". You won't be disappointed.

Like the versatility, graphics and speed. Got it as an open box item was skeptical at first because it would not connect to WiFi upon purchase. Called and took it up to Gerk squad. They did some updates and teeked it. Runs great and connects to WiFi.

I love the look and feel of this 2 in 1, an amazing bonus is the pen and sleeve included. This machine is powerful and fast, it will blow you away. Great for gaming, graphics or watching movies and listening to music, not to mention the computing power you get with it. The ability to multi-task is phenomenal!

The HP Spectre x360 is the elite of the elite in laptop technology. The look and feel of my new laptop purchase keep me fully engaged. The Spectre also has a way of turning a lot of heads while I am working in public. To be honest with you, that’s why I bought it. Out of the 75+ laptops I saw on the showroom floor, as soon as I saw the HP Spectre, I had to have it. The Dark Ash Silver with Copper Luxe accents design has that lawyer, MBA, and CPA professional look. I knew that clients could immediately see that I was ready for business. The ease of use and intuitive response from this laptop redefine the latest in software technology. I learn something new every day. I do officially turn my laptop off at 10:00 pm, however, I can’t wait for the next day, so I can reconnect with my newest friend. I am quite sure that the HP Spectre x360 would feel right at home sitting in the front passenger leather seat of a Rolls-Royce or Bentley SUV. After all, the money may have come from the use of this remarkable piece of equipment.

I didn't need a 4K laptop for gaming, just primarily for photo editing and all the other stuff a computer is suppose to do. The touch screen is great and battery life has been sufficient for my needs. Have had it for about three weeks now and haven't really found anything to not like about it.

I’ve been using 2 Sony Vaio’s since 2010. Last year I replaced the Z series. I did a lot of research, and HP offered the best value. I was hesitant to buy. I really wanted to buy an XPS but I just couldn’t get around all of the bad reviews. So, in April, 2017, I bought the 15” x360. It has been flawless. This year, I decided to replace the F series. Again, did a ton of research. Really wanted an XPS but when I started reading about the bloating battery problem, the Killer Wifi card that crashed networks, the flickering screens, etc., well, I just couldn’t do it. And there are great deals out there. So, I bought this x360 even though I felt a little stupid buying the same model again. But It has been flawless. It has all of the ports I need and it has a Samsung SSD (which you might or might not get with an XPS). No dead pixels in either laptop. They run cool and quiet. Granted I’m not gaming. Word of advice, think hard about whether to get thee 13”. My Z was a 13”. I struggled to read text on it. Going 125% font size works but creates problems. Finally, if I was riding a subway everyday or if I had to take my laptop with me everywhere, I’d look hard at the Matebook Pro X. Hope this helps.

I use this laptop for just about everything. The laptop is perfect for running music production DAWS such as fl studio and has the processing power as well as more than enough ram to work on large and complex projects. I also use the laptop to watch Netflix as well as do some light gaming. The 4K UHD screen is amazing and using it to watch 4K movies and videos will look stunning. I haven’t had any problems with the laptop yet. Overall, I highly recommend that you consider purchasing this product.

I did a lot of research before I bought this computer. I probably researched computers for the better part of 2 months. I researched while my old computer was dying a slow and painful death. I came across this one and saw that it got really good reviews. I am a graphic designer and have never been able to find a computer that lived up to any hype about battery life, screen resolution, etc. This is the first one that did! Honestly, so far, it's the best computer I've ever had for doing photoshop, 3D, and audio editing. The batter life is really good, at least so far. I can transport it due to to being so lightweight. Typically, in the past, graphics/gaming laptops are always heavy, no matter what. But this one is perfect! I can now take it places and work! It also comes with the stylus very much like working with a wacom pen ... I was pleasantly surprised here!

We have used HP equipment for many years. This new unit replaces an Elite Book that gave us wonderful service. This unit is FAST and the screen image is clean at all angles. We haven’t explored all of the new features yet, but so far everything has met or exceeded our expectations.

Okay so I am not an apple fan, but i am a fan of good technology. I needed something for college that had the internal power to run difficult programs (photoshop, illustrator etc) as well as have the storage to keep up with all the stuff I need to keep. Apple is usually the go-to product for people who want good resolution and quality without much research, but this is BETTER. If you are looking for a graphic design/ student high-power laptop, this is your piece of tech. Along with small features (that I consider integral)- like an HDMI port, a full SD slot, a numeric keypad for data entry and a backlit keyboard (can you believe some laptops these days dont have that?) it really has everything you could possibly want in a laptop. I guess if you want some downsides, this does not have a 24 hour battery (more like 10 which is still great) but think about bringing a charger around with you as the one sacrafice to an amazing piece of machinery? priceless.

The laptop is sturdy, well built and crazy fast. The tablet mode works well and the screen is perfectly responsive. I installed Linux on this laptop which can be a problem for many laptops but this one works like a dream. I installed Arch Linux with the LTS kernel and everything works out of the box, touchscreen works and rotates in KDE and the onboard on screen keyboard is flawless. I only buy very nice laptops and I like this one so much that I also bought the 13.3 inch Spectre and I got an HP Envy 2 in 1 as a gift for someone. I have not bought an HP for around 15 years and so far I have been very pleased!

this is really an elegant design, it looks fantastic. Nice spec'd out laptop with a great display. A bit pricy but its high quality. The finger print reader works well and is hidden on the side. I like that it has a numeric keypad as those are hard to find now days.
