The screen looks great, it loads fast, and has plenty of memory. It's not a gaming laptop (the video card isn't good enough to play many games on the 4k screen), but for work and productivity it's great!

I needed to upgrade my laptop as it was over four years old. I did my research and went with this HP and I’m so glad I did. The screen’s resolution is awesome, the keys feel perfect, and it’s super fast. I get a lot of compliments too. I highly recommend!

Love the performance of this laptop. Had to get used to windows 10, but I am starting to like it. Love the backlit keyboard. The touch screen and pen are nice, but I haven't used either much. I do wish there was storage for the included pen built within the laptop.

This is the best laptop/computer that I’ve ever used!! It’s fast, especially on and off!! My last computer took so long to turn on and off, etc. it was like dial up speed. The Spectre 15.6 has the perfect size screen and it’s gorgeous!!! Love it!!

I am a professional PC user, and have been recently forced to buy a new laptop. My primary requirements are fast speed (with lots of open programs), high-res display, future-proofing (I use my PCs for years before upgrading) and low purchase cost. I have been looking at this PC for some time, but the $1600 cost was too much for me to stomach. I decided to purchase when the price hit $1100 for Black Friday. It took me a few days to install all of the software I use, but the purchase has proved to be well worth it. It boots very quickly, and opens programs quickly, and the display is awesome! My biggest gripe is the trackpad, which I find difficult to use, as it appears that certain areas of the trackpad are for certain functions, and I couldn't figure out how to effectively use the trackpad - I was always activating some feature that I didn't want, when I was just trying to "click" on something. I decided to buy a bluetooth mouse for pointer control instead (and going bluetooth saved me having to use the only USB-A port for a wireless mouse), and that has helped a lot. I have tried using it as a tablet, and it is cool and not too tedious, so I will find ways to make more use of it. I tried the pencil, as well, and it worked just fine, but I haven't really field-tested it that much, as it is more comfortable and convenient for me to use my iPad to take notes. Battery life has been great, staying powered for as long as I have needed it to be, but I haven't done any measurements on it. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product, and would recommend it to anyone who is considering purchasing it.

Did quite a bit of research when searching for a new laptop and was not disappointed with this its blazing fast sound is great and can run my games flawlessly at 1080p this laptop come with a lot of bells and whistles and it's all worth it

Picked this unit up after having the 2017 model and returning it due to fan running consistently and heating issues. I can now say this years model addresses these issues. Fan doesn't run NEARLY as much. Also, I saw a few people say that the unit isn't upgradable. I can confirm 100% that this model is indeed upgradable. I recently upgraded mine to 32gb Ram and a 1tb Samsung 960 Pro NVME M.2 Drive. The computer has 2 ram slots under the black tape and there's a small medal plate that pops right off. The upgrade was straight forward (just be careful) and if your upgrading the ssd, there a cable where you have to pull the white connector up so you can get to the drive. Nothing major just a heads up. Excellent machine!!!

The good Beautifully designed and lightweight, the HP Spectre x360 13 has a great keyboard and trackpad, a sharp HD display and an above-average sound system. Battery life with this display is great, and its performance is top notch.

I was planning on getting the Microsoft Surface Book 2 and was recommended the HP Spectre x360. The computer is extremely fast and can handle a lot at once. I am a college student and use the laptop every single day. The battery life is very well and you can make it last for a whole day or a few depending on how often you use it. Overall great product. Also comes with nvidia GEFORCE. All around laptop for all sorts of demands: school, gaming, or casual. 2 in 1 laptop with very durable hinges for tablet mode. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this laptop. It's very powerful, very fast and the ability to use it as a tablet or touch screen is a big plus. I love the light up keyboard and drawing on it with the pen it comes with is just as nice.

I am very pleased with the purchase of this laptop. It's sleek and easy to carry. A little heavier than I would have liked but I wanted this size screen with numeric keypad so that adds weight. Love the speed.

Love this laptop! Comes with the touch screen which also flips back into a tablet and comes with the pen so you can write virtually on the screen. Screen is big. Fast solid-state hard drive with lots of storage. Seems to work as well as Microsoft surface, but with larger screen and at much lower price. I selected one with a lot of memory. A real value. Software has the ability to convert hand written text, but that is a bit spotty as I write sloppy when in a hurry, and it doesn't convert that well. But no fault of the laptop. I do a lot of research before buying products and usually am highly satisfied. This product is no exception!

After several positive reviews I decided to buy the HP Spectre. It is fast, excellent design, big screen and light . I am very pleased and would strongly recommend it compared to overpriced Mac ...

I bought it at Black Friday at a great price. My favorite purchase. The quality of the laptop is impressive. I love watching the videos on the laptop in 4K. Quick, thin, I love it.

Bought computer for wedding photos and my kids school work. It has been perfect for both. Everything you expect it does. Just wish I had waited till black Friday and would have saved $500.

Great laptop. Just got for work to replace older laptop. Very fast, immediately responsive at start. Face ID logs me in and I’m off to working in seconds. Touch screen and resolution is amazing.

Very happy. I did not know what to buy, did not know which model or manufacturer. I knew I wanted the best available, but for less I can. I wanted best quality in everything; top resolution, sound and best looks, and 15" . It needed to have sound volume that I can really hear loud and clear. I found that you can not find your answers from sales people. Investigated market for some months prior purchase, did compares on various websites manufacturers. Yes, went to apple too, but eliminated because this is higher resolution and lower price. And, this is it! Very happy. (Got Black Friday deal too). Thank me please for walk the walk and talk the talk for you :).

I bought this laptop about a month ago. I was looking for a quick, long lasting battery, and enough storage for complex software and games. This laptop is just that. I would recommend you pair the laptop up with the Dark Ash Silver wireless HP mouse. An iconic duo! The laptop is very well crafted and will last long if you take care of it. The only problem I have is at various(random) times the fan is loud. Thing is, i'm not even running anything that requires that much power. Besides that, this laptop is great for a college student!
