Water leaking in less than a month and no repair f

When I called Best Buy to repair, i was told the soonest someone could come out was 5 days!! Unacceptable repair time for a brand new machine with water damage in a house with young children. AND I have the Best Buy repair plan! Don’t waste your money on the repair plan!

I thought I was reviewing the TR7, that takes 50-60 minutes a load. The reviewer was correct, it does a load in about 28 mins. Old Speed Queen lasted 20 plus years. The mid dated ones, like mine lasted about 12 years. The new ones, I am seeing more repair s needed articles and forum comments. I expect 3-10. Still better than the 3 months to 2 years other branded junk out there. So, Speed Queen, buy 1 for 5 years. Other brands, buy 2 to 3 in 5 years. Makes the Speed Queen cheaper. Plus we get water level choices, not jut no water, to a full tub and nothing in between. Obviously a little harder that the TR7 on clothes, but it actually cleans them.

He said they never break down. My recommendation is to get the front-loading machine. The clothes will shift in the top loading washer and get off-center. The washing machine will start thumping, and you must run up and adjust the laundry. Because of this, we do not wash if we are going somewhere. The front loader does not have this problem.

We recommend mixing small or light items with larger or heavier items and dropping these loosely into the tub, without wrapping anything around the agitator. This should help items move freely through the wash water so the load stays balanced through the whole cycle. On the chance something does become unbalanced anyways, we would open the lid and redistribute the load. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Two years and two months after installation the TC5 began "screeching", and being under the 5 year warranty parts and labor I thought a simple one visit repair would fix it. It is now over 3 months, with 4 service calls, with each "repair" call another part is needed to be ordered. First it was the transmission, then another small part that broke during installation of that, then it was leaking and needed a new water pump, lastly it needs a balance ring that needs two people to get installed. I also found this machine does not get my clothes clean and was told never to use the ECO cycle by customer service at Speed Queen (Alliance). This brand was recommended to me and it has been the worst appliance purchase I have ever made. Buyer beware.
