Asking for a review on a product they failed to deliver. Wasted 2 days of our time and never even showed up then wanted us to book another delivery. No thanks. We will take our 5k somewhere else where they respect our time and money.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a TR7 washer and it does a great job at cleaning clothes and pretty quick cycles compared to a front load. I've had for 4 years and originally purchased for Speed Queen quality. So if it's so great why a 2 star review? Well... after 4 years the lid lock mechanism failed and recently multiple drain error codes at random times ... other times drains just fine i think another electronic malfunction. Not great for us on washing bedding or bulky items like comforters unless its thin material because you have to even the wash bucket just right or the unit wobbles excessively.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m beyond disappointed!! $1500 washing machine which could have bought me 3 others stopped working after 5 months popping Er 65 error, which apparently is becoming a widespread issue! This was supposed to be the epitome of quality and durability and became the worst and shortest lived washing machine I’ve ever had!!
