    Got this (pony style) for a 5-year-old. She liked it a lot and wanted to open it immediately. I looked at the diagram and couldn't figure out how to change it back into a pony. I gave it to a 10-year- old and she figured it out after a few minutes, but when she tried to teach the 5 year old, she was having some trouble demonstrating it in a way that we could understand. So it's cute, but a 4-5 year old may need to be extra patient with it. There's a how-to video on twistypetz dot com, FYI.
