The Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion is a good DLC to help the game get its longevity, plus gamers can get a reward for finishing the expansion, pluhs it gives more content to the world of Splatoon 2 world.

Game is fun but very challenging be prepared for a Whole 1 month marathon on trying to beat it. Skipped most boss fight cause of how hard the dlc was.

If you enjoy the base game this expansion makes it better. Harder missions and new weapons and outfits.

Redeem time took over 3 hours and could take up to 5 hours

It was cool to add more missions to the game for kids, but I don’t like to pay too much money for an add on.

The difficulty on this game is a lot harder than Splatoon 2. I would only recommend if you want something challenging.

The octo expansion is probably one of the best bang for your buck when it comes to dlc. Splatoon 2 was really fun but lacked in the story/single player department. $20 and I got at least another 20 hours of game play? At least to fully complete it and defeat the secret boss. The challenges were actually challenging! It got me fired up to keep trying. There was probably one level I felt was impossible but at those moments I was always using a poor technique so that was probably the case. There was actually a cohesive and meaningful story to it. Nothing dramatic or anything but it was good. I also loved the visual aesthetic. Retro games in the background and the subway and map look was very nice. And the soundtrack is amazing! Where can I buy it?

This DLC for Splatoon 2 is amazing and provides hours and hours of fun. A lot of the levels are hard, and this is directed toward experienced players. This is truly a bang for your buck.

This expansion is challenging, fun, and rewarding. For people who enjoy Splatoon, they will love this. Once your done, you can play as an Octoling, which is soooo cool.

I knew this would be a lot more challenging than the regular story mode in Splatoon 2 but I really had no idea what else to expect. I'm having a BLAST completing all of the levels and refining my skills with all of the challenges including all different weapons, subs and specials. It's so fun! I highly recommend this to anyone that has Splatoon 2. You will be pleasantly surprised with everything it offers.
