Where do I begin with Spongebob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom. Well first off it is so much fun! It looks fantastic running on a 4k television with HDR. It is definitely a great game for any age. The nostalgia of Spongebob Squarepants is just epic in itself. I would definitely recommend this game to anybody. If you are on the fence about buying this game, jump off the fence and into your car and head on over to Best Buy to purchase it!!!

It's quite glitchy compared to the other remakes I have played, but at least it is a lot of fun and a nostalgic blast to the past. The multiplayer mode is so embarrassingly bad I nearly knocked a star off of the review. There are also a metric something ton of glitches, but none are totally gamebreaking or gonna softlock. If you liked the original, it's fine to buy the remake.

If you enjoyed playing the orginal Battle of Bikini Botton years ago, revisit the game which is now remastered. The game performance is really good when playing SPongebib and his pals. If you're a fan of the old game like me or if you're new to this and love platforms, small puzzle games, and finding objects to collect throughout the game, I'd say this would be a great game for you! Even tho there are some faults with the multiplayer mode and the loading screen taking a while (which is not that much of a bother for me), for about $30 I'd say it's a great deal. It perfectly remasters the old game with most of the sound effects and dialogue as well making the cuts look like short pixar films. The best part is that it's a game for everyone!

It is a fun game! I played the original game back when I was a kid and so happy they made it for modern systems and it was a very nice remastered edition with extra new references. There are some querks and bugs that need to be fixed still but it’s a good and fun game.

Battle for Bikini Bottom is the best SpongeBob game ever. Thanks to THQ Nordic, however, it's better than ever. This isn't just a remaster, this is a remake with a complete graphical overhaul that looks absolutely stunning.

Game brought back many good memories for when I first played this game on Nintendo GameCube! It's amazing playing it all over again on the xbox one. I recommend this game to friends :)

I’m 28 and not great at video games but this is so much fun. I wish there was more directions or somewhere to go with questions but I went on YouTube. This is a game full of fun just lacking a little direction for people who don’t know gaming

I loved playing this game as a kid and I was super excited to hear that this was being remastered. Just as fun as I remembered it, now with better visuals. Worth the $30!

The whole family enjoys playing this game and it really looks good with nice graphics and vivid colors. Bikini Bottom never looked so good. Recommend.

A fantastic job was done to make this game new again. Never played the original but this was a great game! Would have given it 5 stars but the mechanics are a little dated for 2020 but it still holds up.

This game is just like the one they had out for PS2 years ago. Our son is 15 and wanted this because he played it as a kid. He loves it!

Playing the originally game back in the early 2000’s, I was unsure whether or not I would like a new paint job on one of my childhood memories. Well I LOVE it! All of the humor and sit of the original is now in beautiful vibrant colors that runs smooth as butter. With added extras that add to not only the nostalgia but the re-playability, is just more bang for your buck. I highly recommend this to any fan young or old of Spongebob and his adventures on the television and big screen!

While it had many bugs at launch, this game has improved and served to be a great time for me and my baby brother!

I’ve never played the original back then I always loved to play Sonic and Mario but experiencing this game for the first time I really like this game except for Sand Mountain it was my least favorite level the music was good but the story starts out that plankton wants to take over the Bikini Bottom with robots and he forgets to turn on the obey plankton switch so they all turn on him and takeover the Bikini Bottom and you must try and get rid of them with your friends by your side you must also collect golden spatulas you need at least 75 golden spatulas to get to the end boss but all in all it’s a great budget game my only complaint is the characters move slow but you get used to it I highly recommend this game if you are a fan of Spongebob like me I grew up watching Spongebob or if you like 3D Platformers

I’m so happy with this game! It brings me back to when I had the original game and that was a great time. The graphics are so crisp and clear and the music is on point. Highly recommend to adults and children :)

Played this game with my kids 15 yrs ago on game cube. So happy it is back Re-hydrated!! We each have a game slot and my now 21 yr old has finished the game and restarted..
