This watch is good for time of day and the chronograph, but next to useless for a sports heart rate monitor. One has to stop, hold the button and wait for quite a while to see the reading. It takes so long to record and display the heart rate that the actual reading is long gone. At times, it doesn't work at all.
The distance and step counters don't seem very accurate either. I wasn't impressed.
