Even though it states it has a dollar value, it can’t be applied to family plans. Since that’s the plan I’m on, it ended up being pretty worthless :(

So I already had the family plan and when I tried to enter this card it wouldn't take it. I then read online that if you cancel the family plan it will let you use the gift card so I did and it worked I then tried to resign up for the family plan and it wouldn't let me but when I added the card it turned my account into a premium account and all my family still has spots... so its confusing and trickery. They really need to fix their gift cards wishing I hadn't sent one to my sister in Ohio because now I have to talk them through this stupidity of somthing that should be simple

Wish it was a bit cheaper since it's normally around $11 with tax a month so you're only really saving a dollar tax at most

Great if you are only buying a month, but won’t work if you are trying to use a $9.99 for 3 month or other promotions.

This was supposed to be a gift card, not a promo. Spotify will not let you use this gift card unless you are a free member. To clarify premium members cannot use this gift card to add the $60 value to their premium account. Spotify has no phone support whatsoever, so after 25 emails was finally able to use by first switching my account back to free, applying the card, and then switching back to premium. Horrible gift card, and terrible support.

Got this for my sister and she already has a Spotify account but unlike most gift cards that just bank the gift card to the account this card made her jump through hoops somthing about canceling there account and having to restart it with the gift card? Major drag hope thye fixed this. Wouldn't reccomend it if they didnt.

You can't use it for family plans or student discount plans... only regular single premium subscriptions...

Do not purchase to use towards a Family Plan. Spotify's gift cards can ONLY be used on a single month Regular Premium plan.

Bought card through Best Buy, Spotify says it's not valid. Due to Best Buy return policy, I can't get a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought for my college student kids that already have the spotify student deal. I didn't realize when I bought it that it was not actually a $60 gift card - because it can not be used to pay the student rate, it can only be used to pay for a full rate subscription.

I like the wide range of music they offered and saves music from previous subscriptions.

A good cheap gift of unlimited streaming music and to top up single user accounts.

This is great if you have a Spotify account or plan to get one.

Purchased the card to do a family plan. Spotify won't let it work on family account. But Best Buy is awesome and made it better. Spotify did nothing for me
