Spotify gift cards can NOT be used for family plan accounts. contacted customer support and they said that I had to switch my account to an individual account to use the gift card then switch back. lost time paid for that month and there are restrictions on how many times you can switch.

I ordered the $30 spotify gift card and when I went to activate it spotify said the my code was not valid. So instead of paying for a few months of spotify I paid 30 bucks for a orange piece of cardboard.

The card I received was not registered and therefore did not work. Best buy refunded my money but when I went to buy another one from best buy.com it was not available for shipping. I wound up having to go to the store to purchase it. Very inconvenient.

This product has too many constraints for service. If I pay 30 dollars I should recive 30 dollars in whichever service I want with them. Just pay as you go dont pre pay for this service or give as a gift it's a headache.

Could not get the PIN to work to activate the card. Called customer service from home they could not help me. So I took the cards in to the store to try and get help and they could not help me either. Returned cards and got money back. Huge waste of time!

Was not even able to use it. This isn't $10 Spotify credit." it's just a month subscription. If, like me, you have the family plan... you can't even apply it to your account. So dumb.

This gift card should have a big * next to it, as this can only be used on an account which is a "Premium Individual" subscription. It cannot be used on any family account.

Bought for friends who have Spotify. Turns out you can't use this card for credit on existing account. Now I am stuck with 4 cards and can't use or return, unacceptable!

I bought this to add to my Spotify account but it wouldn't let me add it to an existing account so basically had no use for it. Wouldn't buy again.

I bought 2 $10 cards and they didn't work. Went to the store to let them know and they said their was nothing they could do about it. Contact Spotify. Horrible customer service. I will not be buying these cards here any longer.

If you already have a premium or premium family plan you have to downgrade to Free > apply gift cards > Re-upgrade and Re-invite everyone.

The card didn't work and Spotify doesn't have phone support. Bestbuy said there's nothing they can do every though I have a receipt...bull sh*#

didnt add to my account. spotify claimed they couldnt be added to my account because i already have some discount on my plan. told me to wait a few months to try again and add it. would never buy again.

I bought $120 worth of gift cards to add to my families premium account and they do not work for it. I am now out of all that money.

if you already have spotify do not purchase! you can not use gift card on existing account. was not made aware prior to purchasing the product. so now it just sits there.

You can't use a spotify gift card if you already have a spotify account which is dumb. Very disappointed.

Does not work at all. It’s activated but will not work at all. Says code is invalid.
