I spent an hour on the phone with a Best Buy rep and yet neither of us can access the gift card! I am embarrassed and would like my money back immediately. I will never again purchase a gift card from Best Buy! Please refund my money.

I had at student account that would not allow gift cards or credit to added. Now that I have a regular account I cannot retrieve the access code. Frustrating.

No Duo, Family, Student. Interesting choice, not my favorite, but that’s a Spotify issue, nothing to do with the product. Would buy again!

My purchase was canceled after 24 hours with the error "Unverifiable Information" and no other specifics. I ordered this while signed into my BB account. Last time I purchased this GC it worked but took over 24 hours for delivery. Unreliable and unacceptable for a digital download!
