I buy the gift card for my kids every year. This time I bought the digital version of this gift card for myself and I loved the convenience. I will definitely purchase again for the convenience and the savings!

Perfect value when considering the average monthly reduxtion in price for premium. HOWEVER, if you are migrating from a student account to a standard premium, the hulu benefits will disappear as soon as your account loses service, which is a requirement before you input the gift card code. It may have expired eventually anyways but a month into paying 12 dollars, the regular price for premium, i still had access to Hulu. Happy shopping.

This is the easiest subscription that I've ever done. Not only do you save 2 months of subscription fees, but it's super simple to use. You just order this online, Best Buy emails you the activation code, and you enter it into the "redeem code" box on your Spotify account. Unlike the Tidal subscription through Best Buy, nothing changes with your account, you still manage it through Spotify, and not through Best Buy, as with Tidal. What is also nice, is that if you have a current Premium subscription, this will extend your subscription out for 12 months, but not just from the date of purchase, but from the date of your next payment due. The Tidal sub starts immediately and you lose any days you had remaining. Additionally, once you get under 6 months on your current annual subscription, you can buy another one of these and extend it out again, for those who want to have this taken care of, and not be concerned with making payments or having an account expire. Highly recommended.

This saves you some money versus paying the monthly Spotify Premium subscription. However, be aware that you cannot redeem this gift card if you already have a Spotify Premium subscription. I thought perhaps I could redeem the gift card and it would pause my monthly payments until the 12 months were up, then resume. I had to cancel my Spotify Premium subscription (which included Hulu) in order to redeem it. Just thought I'd post that here in case anyone else is in the same boat and sees this.

I always buy yearly subscriptions for Spotify Premium instead of paying monthly because it is cheaper overall, however, you will pay more upfront. By buying it yearly instead of monthly, you pay for only 10 months and get 12 months. For buying monthly for 12 months without tax, you pay $11.99 * 12 = $143.88, and yearly costs $99.99. So you save over $40.

At the time of review, this will save you ~$45 each year vs the monthly subscription and can be set to auto-renew. Spotify either removed the annual subscription or it never existed on their website so this card is the only way to acquire it.
