Works great and it's very easy to setup. You should read the instructions for suggestions on loading for maximum capacity since it's smaller than the usual dishwasher. I would prefer a full size, but this one does the trick in the space I have. I have run it daily or every other day depending on the need. So far it has been great.

I read the reviews that this dishwasher was great, and it was completely wrong. There is no way to accurately measure the amount of dish soap needed for each load so the dishes come out dirty or filmy no matter how much you play with the amount of detergent used. Product says it can hold a set of 6 10.5" plates, and that is incorrect. The dish has to be smaller and you may need to have the rack halfway in and hold the dish sideways to fit it in, then you can replace the silverware tray. This product actually gave me more work to use than hand washing. It has been quite a hassle trying to return this useless machine also. Since it is special order, I get a different answer as to how I can return it each time I call Best Buy. My first call had me waiting "96 working hours" for a call back then never came. BUYER BEWARE.

My review is not on how the product works I did not even try it it just looks very large on a countertop setting I was not expecting it to appear this large once it was on my counter

I’m very disappointed in the machine. It is too big and the hose will drain all over the floor as it won’t stay in the sink when the wash cycle is complete

This Dishwasher is now leaking and is only 2 years' old. There is a lot of water on my countertop and floor after every run. DO NOT BUY THIS SBT COUNTERTOP DISHWASHER!
