The product came and has delivered as advertised. As has been stated in other reviews if you try to fit a 10 1/2 inch plate it requires some finesse. I wish they would design it in a way to better handle larger plates even if you sacrificed the amount of place settings it would hold, That's my only complaint, the machine is relatively quit and the dishes come out clean every time. No more dishpan hands for me :)

Worst product and worst service

Dish washer stopped working after only two months. We had to pay all shipping and handling to have it sent back to the Manufacture for repair. It worked for about 15 washes then started leaking. I don't want to throw good money after bad so I will just call it a bad decision on my part and lower my perception of Best Buy carrying quality products.
