It worked fine for dishes but would not clean baby bottles, the main reason that I purchased it. They came out with milk residue still in them

I purchased this unit at the end of last year and was impressed with the prompt delivery. Unfortunately, the experience has been downhill from the day it was delivered. The unit IS sturdy/durable but it doesn't do what it is SUPPOSED to do (i.e., clean dishes#. The first unit that was delivered left a milky white residue on whatever I placed in it. I thought that it might not be good for plastic/silicone items, but the same film appeared on stainless steel pots, porcelain china and my glassware. I contacted the manufacturer directly and asked if maybe I was doing something wrong. They insisted that it was the soap I was using. After several additional attempts with different soaps, the problem persisted. At that point, the manufacturer suggested that it might be the water quality of the town where I live. We excluded THAT as a possibility because the dishes that I ended up HAND washing did not have the film on them. Eventually, after I can't recall how many email back and forth, the manufacturer sent a replacement unit which I was especially grateful for and THOUGHT demonstrated good faith on its part. I came to the conclusion, on my own, that it was best not to use ANY soap and to rely on the supplementary rinse product that gets used in the final cycles to make my dishes shine. While this approach DID work better than when I used soap, the glassware is STILL foggy/residue laden. The residue is NOT food as I make it a habit of washing my dishes BEFORE placing them in the dishwasher #relying on the machine simply to sterilize them#. Six months after the second unit was delivered, the buttons on the outside #power/cycle selection# began to malfunction/become temperamental. By this point, I became frustrated every time I tried to run a load of dishes because it became more of a chore trying to get the machine to turn on. I tried the "unplug overnight" approach and that worked for a few months but now...the machine has become possessed. It starts randomly beeping on its own if I leave the plug in the electric plug in the wall. The lights appearing next to the buttons on the front of the machine blink on and off and if I am LUCKY enough to get the machine to start...the cycle lasts a grand total of 5-10 minutes before it either shuts off on its own #leaving water in the base) or the incessant beeping becomes so annoying that I just shut it off.

This product has very nice designed. Manufacture packed very well to prevent any damage during the shipping as well. When we purchased we were not able to set up that and connect to our faucet . I called Best Buy but they told me they do not have any service for insulation for this product !. I called Manufacture customer service and Mike record a short video and showed me how to connect this dishwasher by myself. I found out my faucet is not standard and have to be change. We changed my faucet and then we understood this dishwasher can easily in a second to be connect or disconnect to standard faucet. This product save us much time every day for washing dishes...It dose have much space for so many dishes. Manual is only disadvantage of this product that do not write very well and I sent an email to manufacture to rewrite for their future customers. We purchase many things from Best Buy every year but I have to say this purchase from Best Buy were best purchase in 2014 for me and my wife. We highly recommend that to others.

I would spend 30-45 min a day washing dishes especially tupperware for me and my daughter. The weekends I spent at least 90 min each day because I was cooking all 3 meals at home. Since I bought this dishwasher it's the best appliance I have ever used and needed. So simple to use and washes well; drying cycle needs a little help after like any regular sized dishwasher. Wish I was introduced this product when I first had my child 2 years ago it would have saved me so much time. I only have to wash maybe a large pot or pan here and there but over all amazing machine. Haven't had any issues and hopefully won't.

I really debated on buying this. It's a "table top" no way it can clean as well as a full size! And how much can I fit in that, really? Well, we live in a small rented house with no way to install a full size, and the "portable" ones were just way too expensive. We all hate doing dishes, and dreamed of dishwashers while doing them by hand. So I gave in and got this. No issues. Cleans beautifully. Even some coffee cups that were a little stained came out looking new. Granted, this is not a powerwasher, DO rinse your dishes and get off any stuck on food, but I didn't have any issues with cloudiness, I'd read other reviews so was careful to use the right amount of soap and rinse agent. It's not big enough for pots and pans, but everyday dishes and cups and cutlery is just fine. If you had any qualms about what these little things can do, have no fear.

You cannot fit full size 10.5 inch dinner plates in this machine.
