works very well, inside quality of the baskets could be better, but overall is a great freezer.

I love it. So far it keeps frozen foods frozen and freezes when required.

I was disappointed to hear chirping and squeaking sounds a few days after I plugged in the fridge. The great thing about this fridge is that it has a very strong seal so no frost issues. Motor problems aside, the baskets were a total pain and often got stuck.

I told the men exactly what i needed. They sold me the wrong size. I've just had open heart surgery & live alone. Unpacking it was SO hard. I'm not sending it back. I won't buy from Best Buy again.

Door has difficulty closing. The drawers are doesn't slide easily. They're clunky.

So far so good. Its exactly as tall as the undercounter fridge we have, so they slide under the surface together perfectly. I love the baskets! Its very quiet. We haven't gotten to the point of having to defrost it yet, so can't speak to that, but glad to have room to freeze some good buys when we find them!

I bought this freezer to supplement the one in my kitchen refrigerator. It fits nicely in the garage which is convenient to the kitchen. Reversing the door swing was a relatively strait-forward task. The temperature setting is in the rear of the unit, but that has not been an inconvenience. The sliding baskets are a little tricky to handle, but the convenience of seeing the contents at a glance out weighs this minor problem.

This is a great mini freezer. I did not need a deep one. I needed just a little more freezer space and it’s great.

I purchased this freezer about 2 years ago and have just decided to write this review. Overall, size is good but that is the only positive. Most of the time it works. After 12 months of running quiet it decided to run loud, really loud. It does not auto defrost so ice builds up and the drawers can be difficult to push all the way in - especially for kids. If the drawers are not 100% pushed in the freezer will not close all the way, and this can be hard to see. Which leads to more ice build up, and food spoiling. If you have kids and was going to use this like we were for their freeze pops, ice cream, waffles, etc. it is not a good idea as kids don't tend to check the drawers and seal. I would not purchase this item again knowing this now. At the time of the purchase I read all the reviews and with our space limitations this looked like it would be a good fit. However, after this experience I would not purchase this item again.

The freezer arrived broken so I sent it back. It didn't get cold enough to chill a bottle of water. Also, the temp adjustment should not be hidden in back of the unit. It
