  • One doesn’t work, now the other one has stopped!

    One doesn’t work. Brand new, new card and customer service said to get a new card. Used the card from the other, one still doesn’t work. Now not even a month into it, the other one working it stopped working. I thought it said customer service 24/7 but on the app it has hrs.
