Would not reccomend

I do not like the burners are to delicate. Still don't understand how to clean them. The oven is hard to regulate. Baking items seems to take longer then recommended. I have not tried the steam cleaning yet.

Empty case and BS support

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Gave it as a gift to my step daughter who lives 3 hours away and when she opened it the case was empty.. went on line and tried to get this resolved.. was given a reference number and told a replacement would be shipped out after talking to 3 different people.. waited 2 weeks to get the tracking number thru email.. contacted again and was told there was no record of my previous conversation. So I bought an empty case
